Location was great and I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. We were upgraded to a town house which had very large living spaces.

The external entrance concrete going into the town house was very slippery when wet and could of been an accident waiting to happen. This could easily be rectified by placing some black non-slip strip's across. Also mildly annoyed about complaint when we parked our motorhome at the front for an hour to pack it up after it had been in for repairs. It actually did not block our neighbours in and there was plenty of room down the side for a car to pass down the side. If policy it needs to be written and stated.Not verbalised at time.!!

Modern, clean and comfortable. Well equiped kitchenette. Easy access with lots of extra amenities such as a pool, outdoor area, pool table. Excellent for families although not what we need in general, as a retired couple. We also were there for a very short stay so we weren't able to take advantage of the generous facilities.

Our room was noisy due to a couple of inconsiderate guests who chatted loudly and kept their huge car running, parked in front of our room late at night. (We couldn't park in front of our own room). It was also near an outdoor area close to the motel entrance so more prone to noise from surrounds and through traffic.

A very well appointed apartment with cooking facilities, although we didn’t use them. We came for the flower festival and it was an easy walk (10 minutes) into town. It is on a busy road but we didn’t hear traffic noise at all. Would happily stay there again.

The car parking space is such that the vehicles are almost right up to the apartment. While there is outdoor furniture available, it wouldn’t make for appealing viewing.

It was clean and quiet and a great location, as you weren’t far from most of the places of interest. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! Loved having the kitchenette which included a sink (so you don’t have to wash up in the bathroom!), a microwave, stovetop, dishwasher drawer, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, frypan, saucepans and cooking utensils. Also nice to have a table and chairs.

very clean and comfortable for a stay away from home while working. Nice coffee drive through across the road.

Parking was a little tight and competitive. Couldn't always park in front of the room. Windows open to the world so in the evening, the only way for privacy is to shut the blinds completely. Felt closed off in this respect.

Everything. I highly recommend this Motel and will now always stay here when in Toowoomba. Very comfortable bed. Great clean, tidy unit. Everything supplied in the kitchenette. Has a restaurant, bar and pool. The unit was very quiet. Its close yo tye hospital and local shops and food outlets. This motel is very popular as it was totally booked out each night. That tells you right there just how good it is.

Room was comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. Kitchen was small but adequate.

Microwave set too high for a short person to reach controls. Would have liked a bit extra milk available because after being at a conference all day, didn’t want to have to go looking for a shop so I could have my cup of tea night and morning.

I accidentally asked for a room for a person with a disability. The room was very clean.

Very unhappy about the placement of a microwave on top of the fridge. I could not safely put anything in that device as I am not tall. I think that is dangerous and a disadvantage. Very small area for me to hang clothing. Too high again. An ironing board took up most of the space. Not an acceptable way to set up a room which is supposedly for the disabled. Also, room is next to a venue room. Load refrigeration system turned on and off by the hour. For light sleepers this is not appropriate. Got sick of this so I left for home very early. These issues marred my stay at your venue.

The spaciousness of the apartment, the mirror and sink outside bathroom...so good as to not have to wait till bathroom was free to do teeth and makeup

The front door needs a chain lock, the front door lock itself isnt reliable. outdoor table and chairs need to be cleaned the day of...We wanted to use the outdoor area but it was quite filthy. Theres a microwave but no microwave safe bowls to use it or any bowls, even a large plastic salad bowl would be good but there wasnt anything.

For the price, the 2br apartment i stayed in was fantastic, there was a corner spa in the bathroom too ! I couldn't hear any road noise from my room .. The pool is small but very nice, there's a pool table & licensed bar right beside the pool, a restaurant on the other side, shared bbq area across the driveway. There's also a guest gym ... The parking is a free-for-all so i recommend getting your spot early and walking to the local facilities/hospital ...

A lot of the walking to & from the motel will be downhil as you leave and uphill as you return, maybe not great for some folks with medical troubles ...
