I t’s so disability friendly. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, thoughtful and efficient. They have disability parking available, very close to the Hotel and reception area. It’s so easy to locate. Everything is very close the Empire Theatre, Cinema’s, building’s that are heritage listed, tour pickup an set down, Taxi service to the door, Gaming rooms, Gym facilities, every shop for every single need you might have. It’s within walking distance to everything. The staff are very accommodating, plus well mannered! The property is well maintained and the security is exceptional. The staff are all so courteous, and bend over backwards, to assist you, with everything. The venue is exceptionally clean. The property is beautiful! Staff are immaculate in their uniforms, nobody is ever dirty or unclean. The eating facilities are award winning and very good servings, in addition to, being very well priced. They give you, small servings of complimentary food to try. Free voucher are handed out often to redeem with food or drink vouchers. Service anywhere is impeccable. Seats and beds are so comfortable. You can rest, restore and be as active as you please. Tours can be easily booked without fuss. pickup is from their front entrance. It’s got everything for disability access and use.

Not a thing!

We enjoyed our King Suite on the top floor with its full wall of windows, luxury bathroom, and elegant decor. Bed and pillows were excellent. The room was well soundproofed! Tv in the spa room was a fun surprise. Nice to watch weekend rugby in the spa. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The restuarant, Zach's, was fab. The food was great, steak cooked perfect, and the staff top notch.

Cooked breakfast really nice but pastries par-cooked, croissants rubbery and glued together, the mini muffins were really unpleasant. OJ not good. You expect it from budget hotels not quality hotels charging $25. But I'm sure they were the exception not the rule as the hotel (including Zach's Restuarant) seems to pride itself on its quality service.

The hotel and location was perfect. We were in Toowoomba for the first weekend of the garden festival so staying at Burke & Wills put us in the "middle" of all the parks and activities we wanted to see and do. We would recommend B&W to all our family and friends!!

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like! Staff were professional and friendly. Parking secure. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I liked that the entire place was clean and well presented, including the friendly staff. The motel was easy to locate and access, secure parking is a bonus.

That I only stayed for the one night.

Room was tidy and practical. Staff were happy to help with any requests. Mini bar decently stocked. Clean hotel in general with 24hr reception. Great place to get food downstairs!

The breakfast was good for a buffet style a lot of choices to choose from the location of the hotel from everything was very close the staff where very friendly the entire stay couldn’t fault them the hotel facilities were neat clean and tidy not much we could fault them

The only let down for the wife is the food could of been better as was served warm to cold but we didn’t say anything as we don’t like to complain

had a family room. son was very happy in his own space. our room was quite tight with 2 suitcases ( but could have put these in the sons room which was the lounge room as well not a biggy) The couch was a pull out couch and uncomfortable to sit on as seat cushions did not push in so were overhanging and you felt you were going to fall off.Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Newly decorated hotel rooms. Our shower flooded the bathroom floor, No way to avoid this. wet everything outside rthe shower right to the door of the bathroom even with the bathmate down. A fault in the layout of the shower. had to roll up a towel on the second day to capture the water. the shower head is not in the right place

The facilities where excellent and on checking in the staff where very helpful

The only complaint I have is , we had a hire car and inadvertently left our lights on , several people reported that they were on to the front desk ( they have your number plate on record), no one contacted us , nor did the staff come into the function we were at to tell the guests someone’s lights were on . A small detail , but a completely flat battery and inconvenience the next day could have been avoided , I understand it was our error but a bit of help would have meant so much !

I love staying here. The bed and linen are so dreamy and comfy with a huge tv to enjoy in the King Suite. I always feel so warmly welcomed and everything is easy. Love the options in the Bar fridge and room service breakfast is delicious. It is so centrally located that it is easy enough to grab anything extra at anytime. Great for business or recreation stays any time of year. Always so clean and immaculately kept!!

Having to go home :(

The check in was quick and efficient. Zack’s restaurant was excellent. The staff were warm and friendly. The food range was good. The service was good. I am glad I made a booking as it was very busy. Will be back.

The air conditioning took ages to warm the room but it was bitterly cold outside. We kept it on 26 degrees all night in order to keep the room warm. We were still tucked under the blankets.
