Location was good, beds were comfortable. Got upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which was nice for the kids to have their own rooms.

Very old and outdated, although looks quite modern from the outside. Bathroom fan and bedroom lamp not working. No bathmat or hand towel provided but had an extra towel so used that instead. Very noisy - could not work out what was causing the noise - perhaps the skylights?? That was pretty annoying. Also could hear the people in the rooms next to us even though walls are brick.

Located almost on the corner of James and West Streets, it was easy to access the city center and find the church and reception venues for the wedding we attended. The kitchen facilities were great to organize breakfast after these events.

The main entrance from James Street is quite steep and in the 'Left Turning Lane'. Recommend slowing down. The exit on West Street is One Way/No right turn across the traffic - Google Maps was wrong when navigating back to the motel.

We ordered a meal from the restaurant and it arrived not long after - piping hot, huge serves and absolutely delicious. The man who checked us in, was also the man who delivered our meals. He was friendly, pleasant and helpful. The two-room (1-bathroom) apartment was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. For us, it was brilliant having the dedicated work desk, as one of our group had to do some work remotely. We had a great stay and it was good value for money.

The decor was a little old and tired, but it didn't bother us as everything was spotlessly clean, and everything worked. We were in a 2-bedroom apartment right on the end next to a very busy road. The noise didn't really bother us too much, but if you needed the windows open in the second bedroom (no aircon) or in the living area, and you were sensitive to noise, it may be a problem to you.

Room was very clean and well presented.

Unfortunately the smell of the room freshener/deoderant upon entering the first time was very overpowering and resulted in a headache for myself. The toilet roll was very unaccessible when seated on the toilet. Could you label the microwave with the Wattage ie: 700,800,1000 None of the above was a deal breaker and if we come back next year we will book with you again.

Room was very clean, basic kitchenette with microwave and small fridge which was plenty for a one night stay. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking - wide driveway and wide parks.

No window, only a glass sliding door that opened with no gauze so it was hard to get some fresh air into the room. Quite a small room. But it had a lower price point to other motels with rooms that had the same occupancy capacity so for the price it was fine.

Rooms are Clean, Tidy and Comfortable. Staff are accommodating and Manager Mandi so helpful with anything she can. Breakfast is worth the order. Juice is beautiful and meal fresh. Self serve laundry onsite. Easy access to Toowoomba Hospital and 5 minute drive to local Woolworths

Fyi; If you're a light sleeper like me please know the noise does ease from the main road usually by 10pm

The rooms were more modern than I thought from the photos. Room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was a pit pokey, but it had all the basics for what I needed for a short 4 day stay with 2 teenagers.

Whilst they had 2 washing machines (free of charge - great!), there was only 1 dryer. As many people were staying for sporting events, there was some back and forth and late nights queueing for dryer. It was a minor inconvenience as I was able to find drying rack to hang the clothes to dry in the room.

The location of the motel was perfect for us. We went for the carnival of flowers and it was easy to access from this convenient location. We ordered the breakfast and it was excellent value for money. We would have paid a lot more going to a cafe. And it got the seal of approval from my teenage boys. The family room was more than adequate, very clean and comfortable beds.

Water pressure is outstanding, proximity to hospital I guess helps, but after a long day working, a hot shower with great water pressure does wonders for the head, body and soul. Room size also, is good. Coffee making supplies are adequate Overall - its clean.

Bed is uncomfortable. My wife ended up sleeping on the lounge. More positives than negatives. It's a good motor inn, well operated and service is efficient.

We loved the service we received. The check in process was fantastic! We ordered dinner to be delivered to our room, and it was awesome. The shower was great, and the queen bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was heaps of space for our kids to play in the room.

The single beds were quite uncomfortable for adults, but were fine for kids.
