Lovely clean, spacious and modern rooms. Double glazing kept the noise down to a minimum. The bed was excellent and the shower delivered a nice hot and consistent water supply, although the water saving showerhead was not my favourite. The Bar and Restaurant was an added bonus and the staff were polite and courteous. We were really looking forward to using the pool but Queensland did not deliver on the weather this time so that will have to wait until next time.

You are a little out of town if you are looking to go to other shops or food outlets on foot but this was no issue for us as we drove to Warwick. There is a bakery and convenience store in walking distance if you really need anything. The only suggestion we would have is the advisability of having marked parking spots for each room. The Restaurant is open to the public and the most convenient parking is in front of the guests rooms, so coming in during a busy time can mean you cant get a park in front of your room. Don't want to use a dirt overflow carpark in rainy weather sorry.

Such a lovely place to stay. Good location, good size rooms, quiet, very enjoyable. We have stayed a number of times and will stay here again. THE BEDS ARE SO COMFORTABLE. The room service is prompt and they make a great breakfast. The restaurant onsite is a quality place to eat and comfortable. Happy hour is a nice relaxing option after travelling.

The restaurant onsite has limited meals unless you want steak. The other meals offered were kind of too fancy and unusual e.g. quail. Some easier meals e.g. pasta to choose after travelling would have been great, just a suggestion.

Excellent quality hotel for such a small city. Great location on the main road. Comfortable and spacious bedroom. We were there in winter yet we were cozy and warm. Lots of hot water and reliable shower pressure. Good wifi signal in the rooms. Lots of spaces to park our car although sometimes it may not be immediately opposite our room.

It was hard to find the entrance driveway at first as it is small and not well marked. We eventually got used to it and found our own entry points into the car park area and our room (hint: there is a vacant block next door which you can drive into and park). Lighting in the bedroom is a bit low for reading at night, could do with a bedside reading light.

Everything very clean and well looked after. No chairs/table to use outside of room. Staff friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Couple who manage motel are very helpful and understanding. Excellent PR people.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The spa bath and bathroom all good

Could have done with a few more glasses and mugs. No bathroom toiletries except bars of soap. Shampoo and conditioner and body wash would have been good. Lovely pool for our grandchildren. Staff were very happy to supply us with ice on request.

The main thing we where looking for was some where to accommodate a trailer. Once we turned up the place blew us away :) receptionist was very welcoming and organised for us to dine in at their in house restaurant “Rupert’s”. The meal was delicious. The kids wanted to go for a quick swim .. happy days . The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and SOUNDPROOF to the highway!

Although they had a vacant block to park trailers would have been a great peace of mind to have a fence.

Receptionist was friendly and even made effort to contact us after we have checked out and left supplements in the fridge. Not many will take such initiative by calling the cafe that she recommended to reach us.

Breakfast arrangement is such that you have to place order by 7pm for the next day and only served in your room by 8am. One with injured back & another stiff shoulders, hard time carrying the luggage up the stairs.

Was a lovely quiet comfortable room that was perfect for what we needed for our overnight stop in Warwick. Very comfortable bed and spacious room.

Only downside was I purposefully chose this accommodation because I was looking for a place with a pool and the photos of the pool looked fantastic. I had been looking forward to it all day (as it was a super hot long day of travelling) and was really disappointed to drive in and see it was not operational. Would have been a perfect place to cool off!

I always receive a warm welcome here. From the reception staff to the restaurant team, everyone is wonderful. This is my second time staying for work, and it will definitely be my top choice for future business trips.

I always look forward to enjoying a peppermint tea in the evening, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any in the room. That would be my sole suggestion for improvement.
