After a long drive it was a pleasure to stay here. A large room with a sitting area, kitchenette and separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Extra bedding was available for a cold night, and the split system heated the room very well. There were a variety of recent movies available on the TV which were very welcome for a relaxing night in. Various food options close by. Thank you to the reception who changed our room to the ground floor so we could park and unload in close proximity. Despite on a main road our room (no 4) was very quiet and we had a great night's sleep.

Great room; quiet; spa was excellent; bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for short or longer stays. have booked again for this coming Friday and need to do some business in Ballarat on Saturday

While booking on the internet found it hard as couldn't differntiate from the photos and descriptions what the difference between some of the rooms was e.g. difference between a Deluxe King Spa room and a Superior one. Difficult to get a park but feel attributable it was probably peak time with school holidays on.

I was really impressed with this motel. It is very clean, huge room, big bathroom, comfy bed, kitchenette and modern (fresh white paint, clean new carpet). They let me have early checkin which was amazing. The service station next door has a lot of good food, healthy options too. Conveniently located near Soverign Hill. Highly recommend.

The only improvement I have is that because I was travelling alone, I would have liked to have an interal lock chain for the door and a peep-hole to see who was at the door.

Haha couldn’t find the disabled bathroom and was worried about the bathroom that we did see then opened quite a few doors and found it and it was perfect , As an accessible room, utilising a hoist was slightly more difficult because of the thick carpet they had on the floor but needed just a bit more sweat from carer.

The room was perfect, the lounge area was well laid out and practical. the desk was just the right size whith a loam and wireless charger built in. The bedroom wasn't big but perfectly usable and a really comfortable bed. the bathroom was also very well laid out maximising space, The room was really clean and everything was perfectly in its place. nothing was spared in making the guests feel comfortable. One of the Best I've stayed at in a very long time. Thank you

Fabbi greeted us warmly and professionally and was very obliging. He explained the facilities to us and then asked if there was anything else we needed. He gave us his number and said to call him after hours if we needed anything. The room was spacious and well appointed. We stayed 2 nights and the bath linen was changed after the first night. The cleaner offered to change the sheets if we wished, we declined but it was nice to be offered this service. The TV was big, the shower was big. It was a very pleasant experience.

There was nothing else that we required. There was nothing we didn't like.

Super easy check in; able to check in a little bit early; spotlessly clean room; spacious, comfortable and warm with cosy bed. Ticked all the boxes. I would be delighted to recommend to anyone, and look forward to a return stay.

Only thing was the room was upstairs! But that was my problem as I have a knee issue at the moment and did not realise I should have asked for a downstairs room. Not the motels fault that's for sure!

How friendly and helpful the staff are, especially when on arrival I was told my room was up stairs which I hadn't even considered a problem until then as I was fresh out of hospital from Gallbladder surgery and the lovely gentleman who was taking care of me changed me to a bottom floor room so I didn't have to stress about trying to get up and down stairs , the rooms themselves were awesome and my room even had a spa bath! Everything very modern and clean too, little kitchenette was helpful and the smart TV was amazing!!

Can't think of anything!! Maybe the shower head could use an upgrade to a removable one with a bit more pressure but that's about it

A quiet place to stay - some restaurants close at hand for late night meal. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff helpful - we were late arriving and they checked on us to ensure we were still on track to arrive.

We didn't know Ballarat and there was a White Night Festival on so it was tricky to find the motel - google didn't get the address correct in the first place but after some changes we were able to find the motel.

Everything! The location was great, only 300 m from Sovereign Hill. Parking was right outside; the room and bathroom were spacious and with a lot of bathroom products. You didn't need to bring anything. Huge Bath towels were a great bonus. Room heated quickly, and electric blankets were a great additional bonus. But best of all was the excellent care we received from the owner. He first rang us after we made the booking to confirm our requirements. We received a couple of emails afterwards to confirm our details. We came a little earlier than the usual check-in time, however the room was ready for us. I would highly recommend this accommodation if you considered staying in Ballarat or visiting Sovereign Hill.
