The staff delivered on purpose requests and made it a personable experience catering to my partners 32nd birthday. He LOVED the stay in all areas from facilities to comfort to cleanliness. Truly a special treat in the heart of ballarat. Wish we could’ve stayed for the whole week.

Everything amazing but in 2024 the tv should come with access to netflix, disney plus and stan. The movies were all requesting us to pay $10 to watch. My partner and I stay at places all the time and this has been the only hotel over the past 8 years that did not offer access to streaming apps. Was truly the only let down.

I loved the friendly atmosphere when I arrived with my daughter for a weekend getaway to celebrate mother's Day . We were given a room upgrade for free which meant my daughter and I had a king size bed each , and the spa which was definately a highlight ofter a long week of work and travelling the rooms and amenities were clean the grounds and facilities were wonderful we spent time admiring the kangaroos and bunnies on our walk and later from the balcony in our room , we had an amazing dinner in the restaurant and very well priced , they are very generous with wonderful smelling shampoo and conditioner , ample towels and a pod coffee machine it was the best mothersday I have had in a long time , I highly recommend staying here .

The only thing I could say was having to pay $10 to rent a movie on the tv other than that I am absolutely happy with everything .

Really loved the relaxed vibe at the resort. The food at the Founders restaurant was really beautiful. We loved the great selection and quality of the food and service was fabulous. The Springs bar was a favorite place to have a drink before dinner or a meal and we enjoyed the selection of foods and wines. The staff were amazing - really knew their wines from the local area and made great recommendations from the menus both at the Springs bar and Founders restaurant.

The buffet breakfast was lovely if you are a big eater, it represents good value. If you'd just like a coffee and toast or more continental style breakfast, there was not that option unfortunately. If this was available for room service that would be even better as we had a lovely balcony and breakfast, there would have been great. The area is quite noisy in Founders with a lot of people. We thought the Springs bar could have had some smaller, Tapas style snacks as the meals were more restaurant size.

The breakfast was incredible all the trimmings, the location was perfect, we loved all the activities close by as well, the staff were all lovely and really kind.

We wish the pool was warmer as part of the reason for the trip was for me to spend time in the pool each day being heavily pregnant it was a physio suggestion and the water was quite cold, I understand because it's an outside pool and not summer but perhaps an indoor pool or even turn the heating up in the colder months so guests can still enjoy it? A few other guests mentioned this to us aswell. Lastly would have been nice if room service could have been an option on request rather than going down and carrying it up but but everything else was perfect! We were amazed and thrilled with the games room!

Room was spacious & well set out. Very comfortable with bed, couch, table & chairs. The Buffet breakfast [Three Founders] was a great way to start the day, with a wide range of continental type food, an amazing range of hot foods, coffee machine, juice, water. Plenty to choose from. All for a set price. A Barista was available at extra cost. We had 4 nights so we chose to have 2 dinners at the Three Founders & 2 at the Springs Bar & Terrace. Three Founders - is your more formal dining, with table service. We were delighted with the range of meals available, and enjoyed both nights. The food was cooked to perfection, the staff attentive, but not intrusive. A peaceful setting, even though lots of people were there. Springs Bar & Terrace - as the name suggests more casual, bistro/cafe style food, order & pay at the bar, grab your own cutlery, drinks, sit at your table, chat, eat, enjoy. As you would expect with lots of people in that environment, was a lot louder than the restaurant. The overall experience was wonderful, so relaxing, really enjoyed our time here.

The outdoor pool with warm water was lovely. We went there in the winter and to be able to swim in the warm pool on a winter night is just excellent. The buffet breakfast is great and the Three Founders restaurant staff who cater for the breakfast make sure the guests are well looked after during breakfast time. There is a short walking trail around the golf course which houses a couple of kangaroo families. We walked there in the afternoon and saw so many kangaroos and joeys. The tennis courts are also very nice. We had our rackets with us and played. Dinner at the Three Founders restaurant was also good. The hotel is quite close to Daylesford and Hepburn Springs so you can visit the whole area and enjoy the mineral springs while staying at the hotel. Creswick itself has nice walking tracks too. I recommend the walking track around St Georg's Lake, it is beautifully peaceful.

Warm friendly staff attended to us. So welcoming make you feel good. Check-in was quick. Nice spacious room with comfy bed, coffee and tea provided with the electrical kettle. TV even have a welcome note with my name, that was cool. Let me tell you about their wonderful breakfast buffet. They have rolls, muffins, croissant and bread, variety of jams and spread, local fruits peaches, watermelon, banana, pineapple. Variety of cereals, juices, coffee and tea. Baked beans, scrambled eggs, sausages, noodles, baked tomatoes. Eat as much as you want. Free parking and Free Wifi

Second time staying here and nothing has changed with The Buffet breakfast- always overcrowded with people and long line ups for food in such a small space- the resort really needs to redesign their buffet area. The kitchen can’t keep up with the demand of hot food - selfish guests acting piling up their plates with food (& wasting it) and not considering other guests. The bacon is very oily and undercooked. Coffee machine needs to be moved as people stand around for the machine block the flow of people in the food area.

The staff where all cheerful & very helpful, food was amazing & so were the facilities, night one I stayed with my teen, night 2 my 2 year old toddler joined and both rather enjoyed the experiance. It was a wonderful and very much needed break away from reality. Thank you for such wonderful service. My 13 year old went down to get a pizza when my 2 year old was asleep in the evening and messaged expressing she was feeling uncomfortable regarding another patron, i phoned the front desk and the staff were amazing at safeguarding her and ensuring she made it back to me safely. This extra mile meant alot to us. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

I have MS & going through cancer treatment right now, Was a small (for most) walk to the room & down to meals, I think perhaps advertising rooms better suited to people with mobility issues (closer to lifts or areas of service) would be most helpful. I don't recall seeing that option on the website.
