Affordable, clean and exactly what we needed for the night. The location was easy to find, ample parking and very friendly staff. The place itself has a lovely atmosphere and garden.

Location isn't ideal for walking into town/public transport, best for those with a car. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable so didn't have the best sleep when compared to other stays.

We stayed there for one night only on the way from South Australia. It's located very close to the Western Highway, which was convenient in our case. Even though we were so close to it, the noise wasn't an issue. The motel is clean, everything in our room looked pretty new.. Good value for money.

It was a bit tricky to get there in the darkness.The GPS led us wrong and we went past the motel,- make sure you take the right exit of the highway, and continue along the parallel service road.

The staff are extremely friendly and approachable. The room was clean and everything one needs for a two night stay was provided. Good value for money. Dogs are accepted so it was ideal for us as we always travel with our Westie.

Furniture needs a refurbishment. One chair was wobbly, table very unstable, there was no possibility of sitting up in bed as the bed would move away from the wall. But just minor problems, overshadowed by the advantage of being able to travel with our dog.

For the price, better than a hotel, the cabin was large enough for 6 persons (had a master bed, plus a bunkroom with 4 single bunks) To access the caravan and cabin location, there was a high timber fence, secured by an automatic gate, code was issued via SMS just prior to arrival (had been driving, couldnt answer the call) Although next to the highway, the ground fell away from the front of the property, so you were much lower than ground level at the front of the property, so you would not hear any highway traffic. The cabin was fully furnished, and also had a fully usable kitchen, reverse cycle heater, tv, etc..... Very private, and quiet, would definitely stay here again when visiting our family

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place has a quaint but a homey vibe. Nice and clean and the beds were surprisingly comfy. Totally suited our needs for a place to get ready for, and sleep, after our time at Questival.

The only thing that would have been nice would have been a sink in the 'kitchen area', but for an overnight stay, it didn't really matter.

The keyless entry made our arrival easy - the room was comfortable and we all slept well....thank you! The children also enjoyed the extra TV channels so that they could watch their favourite animated movies, and enjoyed the bath!

It's a small thing, but could have been a bigger problem - we almost ran out of toilet paper! The roll was half empty when we arrived and I didn't bother getting any more when we went to the shops as I assumed there would be more available. Almost a disaster, but not quite!

The staff was amazing... very comfortable stay we had. Staff was extremely helpful and sorted BBQ and other facilities for us within no time. Checking in and checkout was simply amazing... They booked a room upstairs for us and was ready but when we requested at the last moment that we need a room downstairs they accommodate us within no time. Simply one of the best experiences.

Everything was super just a few bugs and it wasn't an issue with the motel. It was the greenry around I guess, which brought few moths and bugs in our room after the rain.

Convenient location. Large room including microwave, dishes, cutlery, fridge. Bed very comfy. TV and air-conditioner worked well. Excellent bathroom. Easy parking just outside room.

Bedside lamps could not be turned on. Lights above the bed but the switches could not be turned off when you were in the bed.

Customer service was great, turned the heater on for us so it was warm when we got there. Called about the code not working as the sms sent had the wrong number on it, answered the phone at 8pm and sorted it out straight away!

The key code to the kids room was a bit of a pain, didn’t work well

My two boys and I enjoyed our stay over two nights whilst in Ballarat. It was easy to find and the staff were lovely the entire time. 😊 The room was clean and a good size plus the shower was hot and sprayed well.

We were a little saddened by the little playground or activities available for children. Also a pool would be optimum for the summer time.
