La Bella Vita was a beautiful family home. We stayed in a large, private area that included two comfortable bedrooms, a huge bathroom and two massive living areas. We were supplied with the facilities and food to create snacks and breakfast as well as tea and coffee. Our baby was well catered for with a cot, high chair and baby bath. The host was friendly and informative and carefully showed us around and explained how to manage heating, cooking, TVs etc. The house was situated in a quiet area and had beautiful gardens. It was a great location for us as we were there to attend a wedding at Rocklea Farm, which is only a few minutes drive from there.

Having the host welcoming us personally even though we were 4 hours later than expected. Having the garden and the whole communal space to our family in the night and morning was such a privilege. Lots of greenery and space to walk around in the morning. Many twinkling stars in the dark night sky. Host extended our check out time without us requesting.

Breakfast was only toast, muesli and coffee. Nothing fantastic. Strong sunlight in the communal area (no shades) makes it difficult for those who are afraid of sun to enjoy the breakfast in the morning.

I live in the inner city and life can get hectic at times. It was really good to have a night away and experience a quieter way of life sometimes. The house was beautiful and all you see is greenery all around. We also met their cat & dog, they were very very sweet, and even though pets are welcome to roam around the dining & entertainment area, our wing is very very clean (it's always a worry for me since I didn't grow up with pets). Overall a great stay – too short this time but will definitely come back :)

Location to Rocklea Farm for family wedding was just perfect. Plenty of space for whole family to prepare and relax afterwards. Friendly, accommodating owners especially Joan. Delicious cooked breakfast. Lovely grounds and secure parking.

Not a complaint against accommodation as it was really lovely..maybe more pillows on main bed for fussy sleepers who like extra head comfort. One bathroom required a bit of negotiation between family members.

Spacious. Very comfy. Quiet. Tv with pre-loaded Netflix etc. nice breakfast. Dog was very cute and well behaved. Very clean.

Host didn’t have our booking on arrival, but luckily for us someone was home. The (long life) milk had gone bad, so I skipped my regular coffee. Would have been nice if the snooker table was set-up for guests to use.

My husband and I were here with our 4 month old baby as we had a wedding in the area. Joan was fantastic and exceeded our expectations right from the start. Always going above and beyond, she even offered us a late checkout to cater for the needs of our little one. We would definitely stay here again.

Very adequate breakfast. All packaged portions, with all day coffee and tea. Amazing entertainment area and beautiful outside scenery.

Sadly being a country property the bath which looked amazing couldn't be used, but the shower more than made up for it. Easily fitting multiple people in it.

Joan and Trevor were very approachable and friendly, Tom, (A Border Collie, a wonderful companion!, and the cat!."), the accomodation was luxurious!, as a past bathroom tiler, myself, I was so impressed with the quality of the tiles!, beautiful!, breakfast, prepared by Joan, 10/10!, and kitchen facilities, very easy to use for self preparation, my Wife spoke of a little traffic noise but I heard nothing!, so in all, one of the best stays, (About 20 or more!.), I have experienced, congratulations, Joan and Trevor, P.S. My Wife was still affected by long, covid, so could not enjoy Geelong as much as I did!.

Slightly improved signage at front entrance, being an, "O.B.E.", my navigation skills have deteriorated! and I need all the help I can get!, (Joke!.)

The most beautiful location! So quiet and wholesome with everything we needed. The most generous and kind hosts we’ve ever had. Incredible food. Joan went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more grateful. We felt so incredibly well looked after and are so happy we picked La Bella Vita.

Joan is a kind woman, breakfast is delicious. The property was beautiful lovely gardens. I like to stay in the La Bella Vita. There is a separate GYM and entertainment area (with snooker). Perfect. I can't believe Joan and her husband keep the place beautiful with their own hand. I should miss Tom (their dog). He is a nice dog. ^_^

The location is far from the city, so it was very peaceful and quiet.
