The staff were wonderful, especially Sue on the front desk - nothing was too much trouble. The bed was lovely and comfy and the kitchen was well equipped.

The couch in the room was very hard and tiny. The gym had no towels or cleaning products so you could wipe down the equipment after use. Some of the equipment could use a service too. This is the only resort I have ever stayed at that doesn't provide pool towels! Found this very poor given the resort title and price. Couldn't find the walkway to the beach as there was no signage to indicate the appropriate path through the golf course.

Lovely rooms. Bed was comfy and huge, could probably fit 3 medium adults. Lol. Pillows were soft. Apartment had everything you need. They came and replaced the towels everyday and made the bed, which was nice. Smart TV was handy. Was a great location if U like golf and if you have a car. We didn't have a chance to swim or eat at the restaurant. My husband did use the gym. I didn't walk to the beach because I couldn't find the walking track. Lol

The only thing we didn't like was the couch wasn't all that comfortable, but that's not a huge downer.

It is a lovely place. The only damper for us was the weather,which has nothing to do with the place. Due to the weather we could not make use of the pool or go to the beach so we'll have to come back again in summer.😅

I think they could add a few more utensils like bowls in their kitchen. My kids love cereal in the morning, and it would have been lovely to have these. Paper towel would also be a good addition if possible.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with configurations made for four friends (4 beds) the pool looks fabulous for a hot day! Huge and great lounges around it!

Not sound proof enough as when 2 families left early before checkout the noise woke us all up which wasn’t great! The toilet was in the bathroom so that made it difficult! Wish the pool was heated!

Rooms were spacious, full kitchen was very handy, nice balcony to have breakfast and dinner on. Netflix/wifi was great for the kids. Washing machine and dryer were also very handy as well.

The pool and BBQ facilities are great however the pool would have benefited from being covered by a shade sail.

We enjoyed our stay at Barwon Heads Resort. The people are friendly and the place is clean. We enjoyed our room with the view overlooking the golf course in tranquil surroundings listening to the waves in the ocean which wasn't far away.

Heated swimming pool rather than unheated and a ladder for climbing in and out.

The location was good. The space in the apartment was good compared to other family units we have been in.

The seating capacity in our unit was not sufficient for 4 adults. One of us always had to sit on a dining chair or the floor in order to be able to gather together in the "lounge area". I was expecting at least two double couches, not two and a single.

We had a fantastic stay at Barwon Heads Resort. The rooms are clean, spacious, super quiet and comfortable. Lovely comfortable bed, chairs and couches. On winter prices not a lot more expensive than a motel, but so much nicer. We'll definitely be back.

The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The tv in the lounge constantly changed via another person in another room. There was only one roll of toilet paper for 3 nights of accommodation and I never once saw anyone on reception until the day I was leaving.

Family friendly , exceptional restaurant and food . Amazing pool and spa . BBQ area and utensils Fully equipped kitchen . Air con . Amazing view . Close to everything you need and more . Golf range a few steps away . Truly amazing place would go back again and again thanks so much barwon heads resort for a all round great experience. Kind regards
