The size of the apartment and the overall cleanliness. Also the privacy of the apartment from others. It was a well set out property.

We arrived in 40 degree heat and although the pool was lovely none of us could go in for a swim as there are no handles/grab rails at the steps down into the pool. We are retired older people and felt that if we entered the water we could not navigate the steps to get out without a grab rail. We found this very disappointing.

Only stayed one night while travelling but it was perfect for what we needed. Kids enjoyed having a swim in the pool when we got there, nice spacious room and the beds were definitely the most comfortable we had during our holiday.

Didn’t see any staff at all while we were there. Key was left for us and the we placed in box when leaving. There was nobody around that we saw at all. There were dispensers for body wash, shampoo and such, but some of them were empty.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The living room, kitchen, bedrooms & bathroom all had plenty of space & were comfortable. There was a 3 seater sofa & 2 armchairs as well as a spare single bed in the living room too so 5 people could have stayed in the apartment, 4 more comfortably. I really liked the environmentally friendly bathroom products. The pool was clean, a refreshing but comfortable temperature & had a shade at the shallow end. The place was set up for all seasons with good air con in all the rooms & also heating & electric blankets. Sheets, pillows, towels, etc. were comfortable & clean.

The kitchen was missing some basic things like a chopping board. If you were staying a few nights & wanting to cook meals you’d need to buy things like oil, salt, etc. Hand washing of dishes was required before leaving so you’re trusting that the people who stayed before you did a good job or washing dishes before you use them. There was a used towel in a bedroom cupboard so not sure how thoroughly things are checked over between stays. We had a knock at the door before checkout time to make sure we were leaving, the lady was friendly but I’d have preferred to be left to ourselves since we were still easily within time.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Nice t have the kitchen and cutlery and it was well spreadout from the other rooms so it had a feel of privacy.

The air conditioning didn't seem to work in heating mode and the gas heater would not go either. It wasn't that cold but would have been nice to take the chill of the air on the cool night before bed. I didn't bother the staff as it was only a few nights stay and we were busy through the days.

We stayed here last year and the place was clean and comfortable but was a little tired. We returned this year and it is looking much nicer, gardens are being maintained and units are being renovated, staff were very helpful. We will definately be back next year and look forward to seeing what other improvements have been made.

We have no complaints they are doing a good job.

For my family, comfortable beds and a good night sleep are a must. We find the rooms are always clean and more than suit our needs. We love the pleasant and private atmosphere. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Loved the convenience and the amenities. Which is why we stay here for each trip

We needed to spend somewhere one night on our way from Sydney to Melbourne and this turned out to be a perfect solution. The apartment was spacious, nice kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer, comfy beds, we even took a short swim in the small pool outside. Quiet at night, this is certainly a perfect accommodation in its category, we had a good sleep and would definitely come back.

A spacious, clean unit located away from the main shopping area. Large TV with excellent reception. Bathroom was well maintained and the shower was hot and steady. Good car park close by. The wifi was free and worked well.

Some aspects needed updating. The garden area near the unit needed to be spruced up.

Great location& parking. Units are spacious and very clean. The pool is also very nice and private.

The garden could be better- a lot of plants have been pulled out there as it used to be very overgrown. This has been cleaned up but needs to have more plants put in to give you more privacy.

Shower handle & hot & cold water to be fixed. Water doesn't flow with enough force & takes too long to adjust water to the desired temperature. Not safe for kids( they can get burned), So had to stay with them the entire time of Shower. Other than that very happy with all other facilities provided.
