The staff are ever so welcoming on your arrival and helpful with info regarding Bendigo. We have stayed here on a number of occasions and have always found our accomodation comfortable and clean with everything we need for our stay.. Our room looked out onto a lovely green garden with a pool. Parking is right outside your door. The Bed was comfortable had a grest sleep and lovely size bathroom, smart tv, reverse cycle aircon, table and chairs and couch.. its situated right across the road from Lake Weerona lovely walk around the lake and so close to everything.. its one of the best accomodations we have stayed in Bendigo and will be happy to stay again.

The reception was excellent, prior contact before arrival excellent, information about additional services excellent, the room was very comfortable and larger than your average motel, very clean, a very large bathroom, the only complaint is the shower head , still in the 1980s , not to take away from the amount of towels and other supplies, plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits in the room, we will stay here every time we visit Bendigo.

As mentioned the only complaint is the shower head, really outdated by 30 years.

Everything - location (right opposite the lake), size (compared with other motels the room and bathroom were huge), lighting was great, the bathroom had two sinks and plenty of bench space for toiletries for both of us, the bed was comfortable, parking was excellent with plenty of space for turning and backing in, there was no traffic noise, the heating was good, the floor to ceiling windows and glass door looking onto the internal garden created a peaceful outlook, the biscuits were a bonus, the restaurant has a beautiful view over the lake and the food was superb, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike, it's a 10 out of 10 for us.

Their hospitality was exceptional, and they were always ready to assist. The room was a perfect blend of comfort and functionality and impeccably clean. Given it was warm we certainly made use of the pool facility. The location is ideal being directly opposite Lake Weeroona with a blend of cafes and restaurants nearby and not too far from the City Centre. We have stayed here on multiple occasions and continue to return due to the hospitality and the amenities cater to all our needs.

Not really a dislike but the beds are a little firmer for our liking but this will always be a subjective measure.

the hotel has maintained its high standard of accommodation and service over the years. The rooms do not feel old or tired, the food served in the restaurant is excellent, so no need to seek out other restaurants, and the hotel is located over the road from Lake Weeroona. The walk around the lake is easy and a great form of exercise.

There was nothing we encountered that we didn't like about the place. Even the trains passing by during the day stopped at night so even that did not disturb our sleep.

Everytime we come to Bendigo for a getaway we always stay here. The staff are friendly and the accommodation has every thing we need it's close to the lake,attractions, shops. The room is comfortable, clean and love how bog the bathroom is.. We stay in the King Room it's very roomy, bed is so comfortable, free wifi, TV, reverse cycle aircon also there is a restaurant which is open during the week. The gardens are lovely and they also have a pool. Parking right outside your door.. it suits us.

The accomodation we have always found the accomodation to be comfortable, clean, staff are friendly and everything you need in the room with free Wifi . its so Close to everything. Right across the road from Lake Weerona if you want to go for a walk.Its close to everything you need only a short drive to the Bendigo Market on a Sunday..the room looks right out onto pool surrounded by a garden.. parking right at the door. Its the only place we stay at when we come to Bendigo. Also a restaurant on sight . Highly recommend.

First time stayed here and was very impressed by how friendly the staff were, the cleanliness of the room, Lovely big bathroom, towels were so soft, comfortable bed everything you needed. Tv, wifi, tea, coffee facilities etc and a lovely view from your room straight out onto the pool and garden area. Plenty of parking and so quiet. Restaurant onsite also. Lake Weerona right across the road for a lovely morn or afternoon walk. So Close to everything. Definitely will be coming back . Highly recommend to all

The property is well kept and maintained. The premises were clean and fresh with little extra thoughtful touches, like towels for the pool and cold water in the fridge. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming, happy to help. Lovely location across from the lake and a great coffee place. We were so pleased with every aspect of our stay and will definitely be back.

Meals in the restaurant were good. Espresso coffee was great. Loved the setup with all rooms facing the lovely court yard and garden. The location is excellent as it is across the road from Lake Weeroona, the Boardwalk cafe, the ice cream shop/cafe and the talking tram tram stop. Next door is a great drive thru or walk up coffee shop - we even tried a Bendigo biscuit, which was yummy!

I didn't like the brewed coffee served at breakfast. We didn't realise that espresso coffee was extra and that it had to be asked for. I liked our king bed, but my husband wasn't happy as his side dipped in the middle and he woke with a sore back each morning.
