I liked that we were far from the bar full of bogans showing off in druken behavour,thinkng they made a good impression upon us.

My complaint is with the booking dotcom site that clearly says, free cancelation but in fact that is not true, we wanted to go home on saturday but the booking was not able to be canceld like the site said, so we would have paid for the room anyway, the guy at the hotel did his job well & was very pleasant, i admire his patience & form. a pleasant stay and we were glad we stayed after all. booking dot com. you suck

I booked 4 rooms including the 2 bedroom apartment. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and the decor is awesome. The shower pressure is great and the bed super comfy. Staff are friendly and check-in was a breeze. All in all, was very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the apartment.

The outdoor area hadn’t been swept and there were still cigarette butts in the ashtray. The kitchen whilst spacious lacked plates to use, and even though we knew it didn’t have a cook top, it seems almost a waste to have a kitchen that big without a cooking stove top - even just a single plug-in induction top.

Good size rooms, the apartment was clean and well maintained. Really friendly and helpful staff members. On the day of check out, my daughter had a online class which goes till noon. We were told they cannot give a late check out till noon, which was understandable. However the manager made sure we were provided a quiet spot to do the online session in another part of the hotel. There was a nice outside area which we did not get to enjoy because we were on a short stay.

Staff were extremely friendly. The bathroom was modern and spacious. Very handy having the bar right next door. Didn’t hear any noise from the venue and easy to go grab a drink or food. The bed was also very comfortable.

Unfortunately the wifi was very weak. Struggled to load anything on my phone. Can’t expect much from free wifi though. Other than that, the only other small thing is that the gap under the front door was a bit big in my opinion. Something to stop the draft, light and car noises outside would be ideal but again, only a minor suggestion.

Easy access to check in, friendly staff, easy parking, lovely spacious apartment with courtyard, 600 metres walk to the station and shopping marketplace. Full sized refrigerator and a microwave for easy meal preparation options. Blackout blinds on the windows, comfy bed, and the area was quiet at night. An extra bonus was a great menu from the hotel, from which I ordered at the bar, and my choice was delivered onto the dining table in my room.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was a surprise that there was live music outdoors on Sunday but this turned out to be a nice surprise.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Whilst close to the hotel where meals were being served, it was far enough away to be very quiet. The microwave and fridge/utensiles etc were just what we needed. We were able to walk into the CBD and in general found its location ideal .

Could have done with some dishwashing detergent and something to wash the dishes and wipe down the benches.

The staff where lovely The food in the restaurant was very nice The room was very clean

There is no Mirror in the main room Only the one in the bathroom So if someone is using the toilet you can’t do your hair makeup etc A mirror in the main bedroom area is always very handy. Also no hanging hooks in the bathroom, couldn’t hang clothes or bags etc

We booked the apartment for a family stay. Was larger than expected. Rooms were good size and functionable. The courtyard was a bonus. We had pushbikes so was great to store them here. The restaurant was booked out but they allowed us to order and delivered to our room - still piping hot and yummy. Highly recommend the restaurant! Parking right next to the apartment. No noise heard from the pub. Not even at closing time. Will stay again if we can.

Beds very comfortable. Plenty of power points to charge phones etc. Bathroom very nice and shower fantastic for aches and pains. Plenty of natural light during day. Road quite too.

Please put more lighting in car park area, little dark and difficult to park. Microwave needs to be on bench hard to see what buttons to press.

Well Sustained Room - with refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, plates and cups. We were there for the tennis so didn't know much about what time we would be returning back or leaving for game.

Could do better with bit of cleanliness but still acceptable level
