My partner is immunocompromised and I kindly made request for an extra-thorough clean and room far from potential cigarette smoke. Lucy went above and beyond and proudly organized all my requests. Due to availability, she actually gave us a free upgrade. The proximity of the room was on the end farther from the bistro and game room. We didn't make use of the spa, but really enjoyed the extra space. We personally found the beds very comfortable, and we usually struggle with this sort of thing, even in 5 star hotels. We were fond of the little complimentary Belgian biscuits in the tea cupboard and regretted not grabbing a few on our way out 😅 This is the second time we've stayed here as we remember it being clean and comfortable from 2 years ago. Noise from the bistro and game room must leak into reception as it made it difficult for them to hear me over the phone when I ordered room service. Not a complaint as such but I felt bad for reception having to constantly apologize for asking me to repeat myself because of noise.

The room was spacious and had clean. They had a toaster, electric kettle, tea/coffee, hair dryer, iron. Clean towels provided. The hot chocolate sachets in the room was SO good! Jacuzzi, heated pool and Sauna was good.

Only thing I was a bit not happy with was, there were no toothbrushes already provided in the bathroom. When I asked for one, the receptionist asked me to come to the reception to get it, which was a bit of a walk from our room & it was quite cold. When I stepped out I was lucky enough to be greeted by housekeeping staff who were doing their rounds. She was nice enough to bring the toiletries to my room. I would suggest either to keep toothbrushes in the room already or when guests asks for it, arrange it to be sent to their room.

Location, price, availability of food. Pool complex was great, though the pool itself was slightly on the cool side for my liking.

Info about microwaves being more prominent. They were available around the property, just in our case, it would have required a longer stay to have the time to better explore. That said, these communal microwaves may suffer overuse or misuse if they were better advertised... Parking was assigned (which is great), but regulars just parked in any spot in the vicinity of their room, which did cause some undue concern that we'd get in trouble parking in someone else's spot.

Loved the room service and it can be paid by your deposit. The meal we got delivered was amazing. The pool and.facilities were great and it was handy to have the pokies at your doorstep. Room was spacious and clean spa was awesome, loved the welcoming from the friendly staff and when you turned on tv with a welcome info attached.The fluffy robes were an added treat for us. Also the $5 venue voucher for getting your room cleaned daily or if you let them know you didn't need it done you still recieved one . Would come again.

It didn't have a microwave in the room to heat up food after the late concert we went to apart from that can't fault it.

Our room location, situated to the pool was great for the kids. Rooms were a great size, so no one felt crammed into our living space. It was great to have everything at the accommodation as there was no need to leave if we didn't need to. Pool, laundry access, meals, bar, gaming, kids play area, grassed area. Parking was also ample. Staff were friendly and greeted us everywhere we went. It was nice to have dishes taken and beds made up each day.

Very clean, super comfy bed. Huge spa bath. Large spacious room with a balcony. The restaurant and bar made our stay so much easier than trying to find somewhere to eat out. Breakfast after checkout was delicious! Stayed for 1 night for Red Hot and thouroughly enjoyed our night away from the kids! Unfortunately, I never made it to the pool due to time, but it looks awesome and a great place to hang out in the summer months.

No option for late checkout and room wasnt ready until just after 2pm so was told to get a drink from the bar. A free drink would have been appreciated rather than paying and having to wait. A bit pricey for 1 night but enjoyable none the less!!

Our room was a spa suite on the ground floor. Very clean, spacious, excellent shower. The spa jets were quite weak. The courtyard was the let down, it felt like a prison cell, no plants, just fence and concrete, we did not sit out there at all, definately needs some TLC. Breakfast was sent out quickly and freshly cooked, however the coffee was a disaster! We waited over half an hour and then couldn't drink it. It was so bitter and flat, the extra assistant needs to be trained in coffee making, maybe offer a coffee facility where guests can help themselves? Overall our stay was enjoyable and only small niggles that were a bit annoying.

Full marks go to the wonderful staff. Probably the best place to stay in Bendigo, unless you are looking for a villa for the family. Location is close to the city centre. Maintenance and housekeeping staff kept the rooms clean and tidy.

Pillows were a little uncomfortable for us. No microwave in the rooms. Would be excellent if an outdoor play space is built for the kids. A breakfast buffet would be a great addition for the accommodation guests.

2 bedroom suite is very spacious, easily sleeps 6. This is the 2nd time we have booked these suites for a group of 6. We booked 2 suites as there is only one bathroom. Very clean and rooms are just a step away from the back entrance to the bistro. Staff always friendly. Only 10 mins from centre of town. If you don’t want to leave it has everything there, bistro & gaming rooms. Bistro meals are amazing. Bonus happy hour between 4pm-6pm. Will definitely stay again next year for our annual girls weekend away.

Spa was fantastic. The access to the pool and sauna we took advantage of and aside from an incident with a kid unintentionally almost drowning another kid (shouldn't have kids use it to be honest as they were cannonballing also), it was good to just relax after a long day. The shower was fantastic and the bed was uber comfortable.

Ok. Understandably this is a hotel resort so you have a bistro, tab, pokies and have people drinking into the night.. to a point when they leave at 1-2am, they are screaming profanities, yelling at the top of their voice and unfortunately my partner couldn't sleep because of it. Not within your control I suppose and I made you aware of it upon check out. Next time, we'll likely ask for a spa suite looking away from the highway and bistro car park.
