The room was very clean, well priced and we had a lovely stay.

The small rocks from the driveway were easily trecked into the room, hurting barefeet inside. Perhaps consider relining with something a bit bigger. We didn't see a single member of staff. I understand that the world is heading towards contact less, but I don't think that should include human contact.

I stayed at the place once before for one evening and didn't receive breakfast but did not query this. This time I purchased the particular room believing I had breakfast included. When no breakfast was produced in the morning I purchased some in the town. That evening I asked what I needed to do to get my breakfast and was informed that breakfast was not included. I mentioned it was when I booked. The gentleman asked if I booked through booking.com. He said they no longer do breakfast as most people didn't want it and it was a waste. In the room there was a booklet which stated that breakfast would be left a t the door in the morning. As I am not a person to make complaints I was very disappointed that I wasn't offered an apology and felt my question was treated in a dismissive manner.

well kept clean room in a quiet area close to main local facilities with plenty of restaurants and takeawy food outlets. Room really suitable for someone or couple looking for a quiet night or more, Comfortable bed and everything works!

Didn't know what the free breakfast was about but no information in the room. But l was always going to have a laterbreakfast out anyway. Maybe a local map or other information about the area could be useful.

I used to live in Maryborough. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Alber who runs the motel next day. I know his family in Shepparton. I do not need this pointless survey to tell him what I thought so find Booking.com surveys a waste of time and effort. Now that I have his contact info I will not require Booking.com for future stays.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was sufficient. i

did request a microwave, which i didn't receive, but i didn't need it, I i need to head hot packs during he night for my back, but their was an electric blanket on the bed, which i didn't realize was turned on. Yet i had to put the air conditioner on , because the room was warm. ,

A great little motel close to town. Compact, however very clean with comfy bed and fresh white sheets and everything you need. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Nice hot shower and lovely garden for everyone to share. A very well maintained motel. Highly recommend.

Good central location and we were able to get to and from our favourite spots easily from this location.

My room was next to the road which was noisy.

I liked the beds they were made well and so comfortable. The locks on the door were fantastic no worries about forgetting a key.

Taps in shower were getting bit old
