A very welcoming reception. Reception area also contained an abundance of information regarding local (and further afield) attractions. Room was absolutely fabulous, being very tastefully well decorated. Contained a sofa, table and chairs as well as a large comfortable bed. Room also had a large screen television. Also provided was a large array of complimentary beverages and great bench space. Bathroom was of ample size. Breakfast was a veritable Continental Feast, with numerous choices available. If staying in town, an absolute must stay.

The location is central to activities we wanted to attend. We had stayed before and found it to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast setup was a great idea. A separate room where you could create your own breakfast. Brilliant idea. So many wonderful options. No hot breakfast but that did not matter to us. Good sized fridge in the room.

My husband found the bed to be hard. Light which comes in through the feature at the top of the door found going to sleep a bit more difficult than if it had been a solid door.

Overall the apartment is very nice and good space for 2A2C

Little things that may need a bit of checking to keep the apartment fully function. Like the light on the rangehood, one small light in the kitchen and one electric blanket were not in working condition. Also would be nice to have instruction for the lovely coffee machine. As I was not familiar on how to use it. Internet available but a bit slow.

Good location

I asked for a tax invoice at the reception. They said that they were going to email me a copy. I checked my email 24 hrs afterwards and there was no email. I rang their phone 03-96390555 many times and never got anyone to talk to. Pls contact them and ask them to email me an invoice. Thanks

The room was spacious and well appointed, with couch, useable table, lots of power points, heated blanket, microwave and pod coffee machine, plus liquid soap rather than single use bars which I like from an environmental perspective. Road noise was minimal and the 24/7 check in machine is very convenient, if a bit back-to-the-future in a world of PIN door locks! The staff were really friendly and I'm grateful for getting a call afterward about a valuable item I'd left in my room.

I was really impressed with the state of the room. It was well presented, neat, tidy and clean. I loved that there was a double recliner and massive tv in the room. I loved that i had a microwave. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and so were the pillows. There was absolutely nothing negative to say about the room at all. It was perfect.

Clean and cozy room. An absolutely good option for the overnight stay when you just need to take a shower and relax. The rooms have everything you need including tea, coffee machine,

Beds are uncomfortable! Mattrasses without the strong frame so that on the edge you are about to roll down to the floor. Why can't you put duvet covers on? It's not hygienic to put just one sheet under the naked duvet, so at night it is just crumpled and you are sleeping under the uncovered duvet (that is 100% not washed after every visitor).

Everything was provided, including microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, crockery (inc. coffee mugs, tea cups, saucers, plates, cereal bowls, glasses), cutlery, coffee maker with coffee capsules, long-life milk, instant coffee, several varieties of tea, sugar, washing up facilities (detergent, dish cloth & tea towel) and bathroom toiletries. The bathroom was spacious and very well appointed.

The only thing I could fault with this property was that the Queen size mattress was lumpy and seemed to have partially collapsed on both sides. This created a raised area in the middle and sloped off towards the sides.

The breakfast facilities were great, plenty of choice. Sorry I microwaved the porridge and mad a mess!

Nothing really, I had a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even fixed my bowtie! I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and breakfast room.

Great sized room, very clean and the bed was super comfy. Nice quiet location with ample parking and only a short taxi ride to hotels and restaurants. The breakfast room was a nice surprise with many options for a continental breakfast and was by far the best we have seen.
