Fabulous location close to all amenities. The room itself was spacious. Our room on level 2 was quiet. Housekeeping were flawless in their attention to detail. Very clean bathrooms. Our room was serviced twice during our stay and was always completed on our return. Staff greeted us in hallways and everyone was very friendly. I noticed that particular detail was paid to the front of the hotel. Staff polished, de-cobwebbed, cleaned glass and polished everything in site.

On arrival we had to unpack our luggage ourselves into the foyer of the hotel on the floor and a luggage trolley was no where in site. We waited up to 10-15minutes till a staff member could locate one on the hotel floor before we could get to our room. Our bathroom was spotless but i do think that a revamp is overdue as it looked a little tired and we had to step up into a bath to use the shower. The buffet breakfast lacked a little passion. It looked like no love was involved in it's presentation.

Location. “Dolphin pool” My room and the view of the pool. The air con. The non house keeping $10 ‘green’ thank you cards.

Hard to find your way around the property at first. The doors to access the dolphin pool were fire doors and guests found it hard to get out and in to buy a drink and back to their rooms. We had to jam the door to keep open if we wanted to get back inside. Manager was informed several times by many guests. He didn’t seem too concerned! Would’ve liked a toaster in the room!

The breakfast was very underwhelming. For a $60 breakfast for my husband I, it was a huge let down. On the first day, we had to wait for bacon to be refreshed and it was barely cooked when it did come out, the option of scramble egg or hard boil was disappointing for the cost, would have expected atleast fry or poach for the price. Coffee was empty had to wait for that as the “coffee lady” was making coffee that was an extra charge. Just very disappointing and over priced for what it was. Would have much preferred to go to a cafe and get cappuccino and poach egg on toast and would have cost a fraction.

It’s location was perfect for us. Close to beach, park, shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Food was good. Plenty of seating outside and inside. The pool was clean and the water a nice temperature. No problem getting a sun lounger and there was plenty of beach/ pool towels.

It would have been nice to have had some drawers for clothes. The bathroom was clean but a little dated. Service at the bar was a little slow.

We loved the friendly staff. It was a really good set up having the concierge ladies to meet and greet everyone. This is really helpful and allows check-in just do that. Resort pool was lovely. Room was spacious and the bedroom area was nicely refurbished. Location in central fremantle - really close to all cafes and town, train station, ferries to rottness or perth. Paradise beaches so close - south beath by free bus. We could live here. Loved it!

We were on L4 of the resort wing. When going out to the balcony to view the pool, all we could see is the carpark adjacent and run down balconies from the other hotel balconies. Didn't look classy considering we paid additional money for a room with pool view. We should have had a discount ! Filters in bedroom and bathroom need to be cleaned. Yuck Coat hangers - I realise that hotels don't want to lose these, but non-removable coat hangers are very frustrating!

The bar staff were excellent and other staff were great too. The ambience of the property is lovely especially with all the Christmas lights. The carpet in the hallway makes it easy to pull luggage along unlike in many other hotels. Even though it had a ‘see through’ lift, the fact that the door and two walls were solid, meant that people with a phobia about heights could still utilize it quite comfortably.

Some of the walks on the third level could do with a coat of paint.

Great location, rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The check in process was tedious. In fairness we did arrive early as we had plans for the day and our room wasn’t ready. When we returned later it still wasn’t ready so we had about a 40 minute wait, and of course when we returned to the desk there were queues, think it could be done better, a simple text message to alert would suffice and is something most places we visit have implemented instead of queuing 3 times to finally get into our room.

nice room, apart from mold around the shower screen edges. breakfast good with lots of options (except porridge). location good close to park and marina side eateries

one chair without arms would be good. also a map of nearest eateries. staff attitude, especially in outside dining area not conducive to comfort. We were waiting for group members, all in hotel, and 1 person eating something bought at markets while we waited and we got told to leave this area. We were very exhausted after walking from ship (no shuttle bus from hotel) and then later to markets (not on any day later in week) and just needed to rest as some of us were in pain. we explained that we were waiting for others, but staff not interested. Needed more information on walking distance and ease of walking with cases from port. I did ring and ask previously.

Great location near to Bathers Beach and the waterfront, everything in Fremantle is walkable from here. Our room was a great size and we opted for a balcony which unfortunately didn't get much use because of the rain but was nice to sit out on when the weather allowed. The room and facilities were clean and modern. We had a car for some of our stay but managed to find on road parking every night which saved us a lot compared to using the carpark associated with the hotel.

The room we stayed in was fantastic, it surpassed expectations.

Our only complaint, though complaint is too strong a word, is that there were only two towels. When we asked for two more it wasn’t an issue and they were brought up pretty quickly. Also, we had a large spa bath in our room and a larger bath mat would have been handy, particularly when the shower door doesn’t close properly so water gets all over the floor. We ended up using an extra towel for the floor.
