Josephine Luxury Accommodation is a charming, B&B-style property with beautifully decorated rooms, each featuring a unique theme. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, bread, and cheese provided during our two-night stay. The onsite parking is conveniently located right outside the building. The location is another highlight—situated next to a large supermarket, excellent restaurants, and plenty of shops within walking distance. It’s incredibly convenient for exploring the area without needing to drive far.

While the rooms are beautifully maintained, the one we stayed in felt a bit small for travelers with larger luggage, requiring us to transfer items to the wardrobe. The bathroom, though nice, lacked a vanity table, which made managing toiletries challenging for us as heavy travelers. Additionally, room sizes vary, so it’s worth checking dimensions before booking if space is important to you. The communal area outside the rooms is a nice touch, but it comes with usage time limits that may not suit all guests.

Josephine’s Luxury Accommodation was beautiful, comfortable and clean. I stayed in the Victorian Room which was great. The decor is thoughtfully chosen for each themed room. There’s everything you need in the room and on site parking. It’s central to Margaret River main street, restaurants & Woolies. You can walk everywhere. Host Cheryl was wonderful, very helpful & friendly. A lovely touch was giving guests freshly cooked hot sourdough daily. I highly recommend this lovely place. Thank you for a delightful, relaxing stay.😃

Nothing. It was wonderful.

Just wow! The room was beautiful and well kept. The mini kitchen and bathroom was clean and literally felt brand new. The owners really take pride in maintaining the property. We didn't opt for the breakfast but our room still came with a loaf of bread, jams, butter, nespresso pods and a Breville Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. The fridge had water, juice and milk! It is just a short walk away from the main street and just next door to the supermarket.

The rooms aren't very sound proof and you can hear people talking in the corridor or the next room. But everyone (when we were there) was considerate and quiet after hours.

We had an incredible stay at Josephine's and loved the Victorian themed room we stayed in. It was impeccably clean and maintained and is a credit to the owners/operators. Often properties look tired after time but this was definitely not the case. It was also nice and quiet. The complementary continental breakfast items (local wood fired bread - yummm) were great for a bite to eat in the morning as well as coffee from the Nespresso machine, before heading out for the day. The fruit bowl and chocolates in the communal lounge were also welcomed at the end of the day when returning home a little peckish. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the port on offer each night. We will definitely return to try out the other themed rooms.

We loved everything

I loved our stay at Josephine’s 🥰 we stayed in the Napoleon room which was exquisite. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Cheryl our host made us feel very welcomed and supplied freshly baked bread daily which was delicious. There was a common sitting area that was an unexpected plus. Plenty of on-site parking and walking into town was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return 💯

Sometimes elaborately furnished rooms look better in photographs and in reality hide a multitude of sins. This was most definitely not the case here, and beyond the entertaining decor, there was a very comfortable and well appointed room. The room also included a small kitchen area which was well stocked (and restocked) for all ones breakfast needs, and Cheryl was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations.

The weather could have been better, but otherwise there really was nothing to dislike.

OMG location was excellent and the Napoleon room was magic. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Breakfast was lovely. The muesli was delicious and the fresh bread delivered to our room was a nice little touch. The cutlery, crockery and glass ware was quality as were the towels, bed linen, cushions and furniture. Everything was decorated so beautifully. Cheryl was a perfect hostess and I will recommend my family and friends stay there if they need accommodation in Margaret River…. Josephine’s is an absolute gem…..

The inside of the accommodation is gorgeous Areally nice change from the norm . We were treated to Lindt chocolates on the way to our room . Luxury furniture lined the sitting room , Breakfast was supplied in the way of amazing fresh loaves of bread delivered for a lovely breakfast each morning and fresh orange juice The room was lovely , the bathroom was huge with a lovely rain showerhead . The bed was huge and so comfortable we slept so well . The location was excellent with a few minute walk into the Main Street .

Yet another great stay at this fabulous establishment. You can't go wrong when booking here. It is the perfect location for a small boutique luxury accommodation place. And when I say luxury, I mean luxury. Josephine's is a go-to for us when visiting Margret River. There is plenty to choose from, but we love this place's amenities and friendliness. Daily fresh bread, homemade muesli, juice and milk you really don't need much more. Every room has a great theme, but our favorite remains the Gatsby suite. The staff will go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one and thank you Cheryl and the team for doing so as we are looking forward in our next visit this Easter !

Excellent location for accommodation in Margaret River. There is lots of accommo options in "Margs" but so many are out of town meaning you have to drive in for dinner, shopping etc. This place is right in the action, set back from the main strip but very quiet. Nice continental breakfast provided, with quality cutlery and ancillaries... even port and chocolates left out on return from dinner. Lovely lounge/library area and charming and helpful hosts - restaurant recommendations were excellent! Superbly comfortable and large bed with quality linens... highly recommend this B&B

There is no view from the room, but this wasn't a problem for us as we out sightseeing etc., most of the time.
