The room was clean and well equipped. Pool, playground, free DVD’s and mini golf onsite. Even though it was fully booked, it was very quiet. Ample parking in good sized bays. The self catering room was a pleasant surprise, well stocked with everything you needed to prepare your own food (not quite a campers kitchen but very close). To top it off the on-site restaurant provided excellent service and wonderful food at reasonable prices.

The wifi was almost nonexistent inside the room. The mobile signal was very weak too (not the hotels fault). Kept the kids off their screens (bonus).

Room was comfortable, however there is no room servicing during your stay

We were not told verbally that the room is not serviced during our stay, (as most people don’t) we did not read the full information sheet which we later found out that this information was on there, but it was too late as we already dropped our towels on the floor expecting them to be replaced, had we had been verbally told when we checked in there wouldn’t have been an issue

Very clean rooms, great breakfast and lovely wait staff.

The initial receptionist. Not at all welcoming and unfriendly to the point of rudeness. Shame because the rest of the staff were lovely.

Room was comfortable and convenient for the surrounding areas. Was only there for one night.

My only complaint and it's not just the hotel but also the surrounding areas and elsewhere we stayed is the restaurants all seemed to last order by 8 -8:30 to eat in, could not get used to this, fancied a cocktail at 8.45 the hotel bar was also closed.

Help from the staff at desk very good, after booking prolem led to two rooms being booked. Sorted out quickly by Justin. We had a 2 bedroom apartment style room, and it suited all our needs (my son and wife and her two sisters). Son stayed in our bed, so didnt require anything additional and no charge for extra person as we didn't use any extra facilities. On the outskirts of town, but a very quick trip in. Could easily walk if wanted to.

Rooms took a while to heat up with oil heaters, but not a big deal at all.

Excellent breakfast front of house crew, very friendly and attentive. Remembered which coffee we liked after only one day, very impressive. The hot food was excellent as well, particularly the porridge and scrambled eggs.

Those neighbouring dogs near the swings are quite aggressive in appearance and should be entirely fenced off out of sight. Wifi cut out on Thursday 2/3 late afternoon and was still unavailable friday 3/3.

didn’t appreciate the abrupt phone call from a rather a abrupt lady to tell us we had to vacate the room by 10 am ! we had already vacated the room & was at my sons cycle race early that morning, unfortunately one of the down sides of competing in these events we usually have to leave early so we left the key in the door ( something we do in most accommodations ) & there was actually nothing on the sheet we received on arrival saying anything about check out .. perhaps something needs to be made clearer 🙂

The staff are very friendly helpful and accommodating. We were treated to a full buffet breakfast (5 of us) simply because our room was not ready on time. The location is very accessible to everything. Very close to the beaches and the Rivermouth. The room is clean, lots of extra towels (for the pool), fully equipped kitchenette and generous complimentary drinks in the bar. It's wa a lovely experience for us.

Can't find any fault!

Like the garden with chessboard. Restaurant with good food, staff was nice. I'm curious about the place map and walk around to explore but found some place neglected. Location quite good, free parking.

Other public areas seem neglected, and the pool was locked, as well as the other areas at the backyard.

The surroundings were beautiful. We even had a resident bandicoot catching bugs on the glass doors. It was close to everything we wanted to see at Margaret River. The restaurant service was impeccable, the food was fabulous. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Our bathroom did have some mould which could easily be removed.
