Kitchen amenities, lounge and outside verandah were functional and well used spaces. Gym area small with minimal equipment. Was a functional useful space. Nice sauna and bathroom facilities to use.

Toilet took awhile to fill up and flush throughout stay. Shower had a large fixed head piece which was loud with low water pressure when in use. Still functional otherwise. Bathroom door handle broke, fell off and temporarily locked out of bathroom. Maintenance attended room and resolved straight away. Room cleaned on 4th day of 5 day stay. Rubbish removal requested once outside this time which was organised easily. Bed bases drifted apart apart occasionally and slightly more firm than my personal preference. Clean and relatively comfortable otherwise. Very enjoyable stay with minor non- urgent issues resolved and minor inconvenience experienced.

Some rooms were a bit musty smelling. The fire alarm went off repeatedly.

Excellent location. Very close to the train station and shopping malls. Large rooms with everything you need including washing machine and dryer, kitchen and full bathroom. Stayed 2 nights and booked an extra night. We used the cot for our 11 month old baby. Reception staff were friendly and quick to assist with requests for fresh towels and nin changes. We were able to borrow an umbrella also.

The room was tidy but the carpeted floors and tiles in the bathroom and kitchen were dirty so our feet were black. I had to ask the staff to send someone to vacuum but it actually needs a good steam clean. The large double bed was 2 single beds pushed together which was annoying. Hotel is next to adult shops and a TAB, quite a few homeless people hanging out rhe front but they didn't bother us.

Friendliness of all staff. Cheerful daily housekeeping staff with ample provisions and clean towels daily. Good size TV with many channels. Beds were extremely comfortable, each bedroom having a ceiling fan. The kitchen area was equipped to even cook a 3 course meal, with all appliances in a very good condition. We did encounter a bathroom leak and no sooner it was reported, we had a plumber and maintenance man on scene to rectify the problem. It was our second visit to Perth and if there should be another visit, we would definitely stay there again. Great value for money accommodation for a 3 week stay.

Nothing really

Definitely the location, friendly staff. The rooms and the apartment was spacious and it had all the basic amenities. Kitchen was well stocked up; definitely a bonus to have washer and dryer

Felt quite unsafe at night time, seeing the Drunk Elephant pub was next door and it was slightly worrying around 9pm after we were returning from our tour as we were all female travellers. Didn't understand how housekeeping worked as they had changed our towels almost on a daily basis and made the bed but the apartment was not vacuumed.

Location is brilliant. Although in a somewhat 'seedy' section of Barrack St, it is very convenient to train, bus, Murray St Mall, etc. Studio rooms are a very good size - we had 2 people using twin beds, and plenty of room. Beds are comfortable.

We stayed on 3 separate occasions during our 2 weeks in WA. Although our Booking.com requested twin beds, on visit 1 we had to have the beds split after arrival, visit 2 was ok because when we left the previous time we stressed that we wanted twin beds. Visit 3 again we had to have beds split after arrival. Not sure if this is a Booking.com or Adina problem. The street below is very noisy, but can be fixed with closed doors & aircon.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our daughter needed to see a dr while we stayed with Adina and the front desk staff helped us to locate a nearby GP and gave us tips on what to expect. Property was also clean and had all the essentials for a family to cook. Appreciated the initiative of the cleaning staff who left extra towels in our kitchen. Property was close to lots of delicious food. croff bakery, grand lane fish and chips, le Vietnam, honey crème to name a few.

It would have been nice if the room had some laundry pods / detergent for laundry. Also, The room doors slam very loudly - that was something to get used to!

Convenient location to station and shopping. Room was comfortable with some signs of aging.

The noise from air conditioning units from other rooms and also the buildings down below… the noise traveled upwards between the two hotels. The beeping pedestrian crossing also echoed up as well and beeped all night. Oh and the pool area was out of action for part of our stay and was not as nice as the photos… kids chose not to swim.

My Cousin & I came to visit cousins, with an excellent location to everything, Trains, Buses Ferries,Restaurants Shopping Malls,highly recommend this Adina..We had a Studio,which was quite large,& converted to two singles ,very clean , had a shower over bath,also roomy, Kitchen had a Fridge,Microwave, tea Coffee Utensils. Balcony.overlooks city. Beautiful clean Pool,Gym .Staff were lovely, kind & helpful.24 hr Service .The room was serviced each day.Room 75 ,8th Floor.

Having to leave!

Location close to Murray and Hay Street malls, North Bridge Restaurant Precinct, Kings Park, and Elizabeth Quay was fantastic. Staff were pleasant, friendly and receptive to our needs.

The apartment had quite a few maintenance issues e.g. faulty, TV antenna, clothes drier not drying and dishwasher leaking. However, these issues were all fixed quickly and without fuss by either repair or the appliance being replaced.
