Just staying the one night with wife and 2 kids for a basketball game. Got a twin room with breakfast included. Parking was included as well but I forgot to ask about it and ended up paying the day rate at the Wilson Parking car park across the road. Don't do that. Very expensive. Room was clean and tidy, beds comfy and shower and toilet all fine. Got a pretty good rate for the night so can't really complain about anything. Breakfast was just ok. Nothing special but was included in the price so it's pretty good value. All the basics are there.

Nothing to complain about. You get what you pay for which is a comfy bed for the night. Wilson parking across the road stung us $37 for the night. If parking isn't included in your stay, go to the much cheaper City of Perth parking at the Concert Hall a small walk away.

Husband and I, plus our three yr old and five year old, had a great time. Hotel was exactly what was stated on booking.com. Two good sized double beds, clean and comfortable. Room was decent size, with everything you need, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, two couch seats and a table to eat on. It can be noisey at times during the night but that’s expected when staying in the cbd. Check in and check out process was awesome, quick and easy. We chose to have the buffet breakfast, which had a great selection to choose from. Located in the CBD, short walk to many food and retail shops.

Just a heads up, the pool is deep with no shallow areas for kids. Be sure to be in or near the pool with your children so they have support in an instant. I could only just touch the bottom.

beds were comfortable. Room had pleasant decor and great carpet. Whilst bathroom was great and clean, the grout in the tiles on some of the walls of the shower area could do with a little bit of bleach (this is common in most hotels) Location was great to have a quick walk around the city before heading to the airport the next morning. was value for money with breakfast included in the price. The young lady on the front counter was very personable and so were the two young ladies who were doing the breakfast.

Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast excellent quality food hats off to the chef. Was also very appreciative of reception for accepting my late check out request...

The room was abit of a let down. Booked and stayed in superior room, thoe there wasn't anything superior about it. Was very little tea coffee and sugar. Enough only for two cups thoe was 4 guests. The tv was very average and when tried to call room service called 10+ times for food .... There was no answer whatsoever. Said in the brochure ROOM SERVICE 24HR

The comfy bed and the good sized bathroom. The swimming pool.

The breakfast isn’t the best and the service is very erratic. We came to mercure for 3 days earlier in January 2024 and the tables stayed dirty, food which had run out wasn’t replaced in a timely manner. It seems under staffed in that area. Also our bedroom was badly supplied in our first stay 13-17 Jan. we had one large cup and one small cup for tea/coffee. One wine glass. One spoon!

Room and bed were fine only issue was other guest had children and were letting them run up and down corridor like a playground so not exactly peaceful stay although not the hotel fault

Apart from other noisy guest everything was fine just fine wouldn't say its an amazing hotel and rooms but not a dive either not a romantic place but if you want a nice room in the city its got exactly that

Clean, quiet, HUGE room with plenty of space for the kids and our port-a-cot. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection and the cafe next to the hotel did a good dinner. The valet parking was prompt and careful and the staff were only too happy to help with any questions I had.

Nothing really. But if I HAD to pick something, the fish and chips kids meal was overcooked battered fish (so very hard to chew) but hardly a deal breaker

Admin, housekeeping, valet and staff in restaurant and cafe were exceptional and helpful which exceeded expectations. Room was lovely and clean. Loved the location was accessible to city.

Not what I expected for a 4 star hotel. Didn't offer bottled water or juice daily like the 2.5 star hotel we had stayed at previously. Rooms were tired, bar fridge old. Didn't realise we could have asked for a microwave. Laundry was "out of order". Locked door which is connected to other room was creepy. Also, I didn't realise there was a east and west tower so I was confused at first as why the lift I was in didn't have the room number I was staying in lol.

Loved it's "Location" it's ideal that it's close to shops, restaurants and bars. It's a very nice and clean hotel too. The staff were very courteous, patient, and helpful. Loved that It was a very nice and comfortable place to relax.

1. PARKING: No car parks all paid parking only, and I paid $15 for 1 hour🤐 2. Swimming Pool closed the day we arrived. I wouldn't of come here to this hotel. 3. Laundry facility was closed.

Great location, great value, generously spacious (2A+2C), spotlessly clean, great staff. Understand whole world is short of staff but Miky and his team are doing their best to provide excellent service here. Ample street parking on Sat & Sun outside Mercedes College (800m away). Stayed 3 nights during school holiday season. with the similar price, I regretfully stayed at a dodgy motel near Perth Airport. My 6yo & 8yo loved the comfy beds and pillows. We will surely come back to Mercure Perth in next visit.
