We stayed here for 3 nights whilst on a WA touring holiday. Limited secure parking is available here (non reservable), with other spots available at the hotel across the road when it is full up. We were lucky enough to get a spot each day though. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was busy they time we stayed with school groups booked here, but it wasn’t a problem. Hotel was still quiet, just a bit busy at breakfast service. Breakfast itself was great, lots of choices, hot and cold. Our room was fairly basic, but clean. Bed was comfy for a good sleep. The shower was nice and hot. Hotel is located handy for sightseeing- 5 min walk to the Perth Mint, plus dining options. Also only a 10 min walk to No Birds car rental so easy to drop off the hire car and walk back to hotel ready for next morning’s uber to the airport. Would happily stay here again

Only negative was returning in our car each time not knowing if we would get a car park or not.

Good central location and friendly staff. It was really good to see that they have returned to what would (pre-COVID) have been regarded as a 'normal' room servicing routine with full daily servicing. Room was well-provisioned with microwave and basic pots and cutlery and the toiletries and tea and coffee making stuff were topped up daily.

Nothing stood out as being really bad. The TV was adequate but a newer, larger one would be an improvement. Perhaps they could look at including breakfast at a more reasonable rate - usually I try to pre-book breakfast at my accommodation but the price differential on a room with breakfast as compared to the same room without breakfast, especially for a single person, dissuaded me from doing it here.

The location was great. Close to cafes and parks. I cannot comment on breakfast as the booking did not include this.

My partner reported hammering noises during the first night of stay. I had thought I booked the hotel because the accommodation price included the breakfast but I may have misread the screen at the time of booking so ended up having to go elsewhere for breakfast. Price for continental breakfast was expensive.

Booked last minute accommodation here whilst we were looking for somewhere more permanent to stay. Comfy, clean rooms and exceptional staff - very friendly and helpful with any queries we had. The complimentary tea, coffee and milk were a massive bonus and it was really helpful that we could extend our stay by a whole week with no hassle at the last moment. Also good price to be so close to the city centre.

Very small kitchenette, limited space and utensils but perfect if you only need it for a short while!

Mary on reception was super helpful. Comfortable bed, great shower, excellent location, good facilities in the room, secure parking, good food options close by. Hotel decor is a little tired but everything works and is very clean so don't let the appearance put you off. Great stay!

It would be good to be able to book parking. It was listed with free secure parking but later found out its first come, first served.

The bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness of the room was great.

Room was a little small. Bathroom was extremely small. There is a step that leads into the bathroom that you need to remind yourself is there.

Booking .com kept saying I had booked 4 people ,I only booked for 2. To pay my bill on Friday before early Che k out Saturday I was charged $318 for 2 rooms. On leaving Saturday morning I was charged another $338 &given some excuse about that always happening!?

Staff were welcoming with 24 hour check in. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Everything was in working order. Plenty of lifts to provide access to rooms. There was a restaurant, though we arrived too late to utilise it and comment. Breakfast was also available.

great value for money considering it’s location, kitchen was stocked with utensils/pots/plates etc, free breakfast was enjoyable, free parking under the property made things easy, staff were friendly and helpful, room had aircon and was well laid out so the studio style didn’t feel too cramped, free wifi was functional and not too slow considering it’s a hotel, shower was nice and hot

tv could’ve had Netflix, no power points close to the bed for charging phones, could hear other people opening/closing doors throughout the night, nothing major just not picky stuff

The 1 bed apartment was very good value for money. One room was had the bathroom, Full kitchen and dining/lounge with TV and Split Air-conditioning. The bedroom was huge and separate to living. Another Air-conditioner and comfortable Bed. No complaints.... i found the Arvo/Night reception staff professional friendly and happy to help. Cleaners were very good, doing their rounds in mornings rarely seen but never heard...

The main doors in and out of the rooms were thin. I understand it's a hotel with multiple occupants however when neighbours are coming and going sometimes it literally feels as though they in OUR room.
