We had a room with a shared bathroom. Very clean and we had a single attached bathroom which was very useful. I love the room heaters are working fine. The Carlton supermarket is close by if we need anything. The bus stop is within a 1-minute distance. just cross the road A shared kitchen is very clean. People from different countries prepare their meals with ease since all the equipment is available. Refrigerators are available. Overall my 7 days stay was very comfortable and I and my wife are very thankful to the hay street travellers inn team.

Location is perfect. The Red Cat Bus line is just outside the front door connecting you for free to all parts of the city via the different coloured Cat bus lines. The space is no frills but hey you didn’t expect 5* star. Bed is comfortable, A/C is ideal for the hot days. WIFI is $5 for a week but is fast and reliable. Staff are friendly and efficient. Would stay here again for a no frills no dramas attached stay.

Comfortable beds! Very good communication from the manager! I asked for a late check out because my flight was not in till 1:50pm, I wasn’t able to but he offered for me to store my luggage there for the day! Was a big relief to be able to store there as I got to explore the city more without the hassle of a suitcase.

I got a room with a shower, but the pressure was very weak, there was also no way to make the water warm it was either very hot shower or cold.

The location is good, is very quiet and it is clean

The music that is in the common area is a bit annoying and also one night they forgot to turn it off and it was driving me crazy because I could hear it from my room. I emailed them through booking at 3 am and they called the night manager and shut the music off. The small toilet sometimes needs a refresh clean during the day. It would be great to have a heater in the room for the cold nights, somewhere to hang the wet towels and a rubish bin. Small details to make the place even better ☺️

Recently had some noisy guests which totally ruined the atmosphere of this place. The manager was quick to take action to remove these guest. If you are looking to party and play loud music, this is definitely not the place for you.

The location is really close to Perth mint and CBD (many restaurants, pubs, bars etc.). It take no more than 25 mimutes to get to the railwat station on foot. There is access to a kitchen facility. The room was clean. The procedure of check-in was explained so clear. And the most important (at least for me) - it's quite at night

I reckon everything is fine.

Very easy to get to, plain and simple. Convenience stores near, public transport right outside, as well as eateries at walking distance. Self service Wi-Fi was easy to setup. No big negatives at all

Minor con- would have loved a coin dispenser as i never had any cash to use the laundry.

All the codes worked and the room was clean and close to the convenience store and restaurants.

The fridges were too full with food that's been in the fridge for too long and very limited parking , it makes staying in that area makes staying there rather expensive because you have to pay for parking .

Everything! The staff was very kind and responded promptly. Thank you for your flexibility. It is cleaned every day and is very clean. The room was comfortable and the kitchen was clean. I think this is the best hostel in Perth. Thank you!

The person organising the stay of our people brought to Perth (one for a medical procedure) was extremely understanding and they were able to match the accommodation to the needs of our travellers.

Was far better accommodation than my expectations. And the managers were excellent.
