Located in the heart of the city, the hotel was close to everything. I paid only $12 taxi to get to the Market Street shopping area. My room was super spacious. The bed was huge, soft and the pillows lovely to sleep on. The casual sports bar, Hill Street, is open for cheap weekday lunches and late evening coffees. The pool is not big but is a good facility to have available. I was impressed with the fitness centre. Plenty of tea and coffee available. The bathroom toiletries were a bonus-toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, mouthwash. The handbasin and body lotion felt high end. Free wifi worked well. The valets, housekeeping and other hotel staff were always friendly. The free water refill station came in handy.

Considering the premium price per night of my stay, I was disappointed that I had a locked connecting room with families. Some who were noisy. I can't fathom why management would think it sensible to put families in a guest room next to a single person. The connecting door set up filtered nothing. Across from my room was a housekeeping area and it was busy during the day and noisy as well. Noone in the hotel can close a door quietly. Everyone slams them with force! I don't know why. The tv was great- big screen, but I couldn't access my paid TV streaming channels. I would have loved a chair in my room, but the sofa couch was ok.

We stayed 6 nights (Dec 29 - Jan 4) in the riverview room, floor 15. The view from the room was spectacular. The room was recently refurbished, so it was fresh and new. The club lounge presented tasty afternoon canapes. The pool was lovely and warm but could do with a refurbished as paint chips were in the water from peeling. Staff were friendly and informative, particularly housekeeping.

The bedding made sleeping hot and uncomfortable, so we removed the topper and duvet. The breakfast was repetitive, a good standard. The parking was advertised as $40 per day, but you were charged much higher if you made multiple entries in one day. That was disappointing.

It was beautiful with lots of amenities.

We arrived around 6.15pm and running a bit late to get to our concert. We gave our booking confirmation and booking number for our river view suite but were going to be charged $290 more. He had to check. He gave us a voucher for a house beer or wine while they confirmed even though our booking allowed access to the club lounge for canapés and drinks. Finally at 7pm they confirmed our booking at our price we provided details of. We were allowed in for the final 25 minutes of the club lounge canapés but had to rush as the concert was starting at 7.30 and we hadn’t got to our room yet. Very rushed and disappointed that our booking email confirmation wasn’t accepted.

we booked a club room with club room perks love it. it was super busy this weekend so they allowed two sessions which was great as i didn’t read the fine print re the after 5.30 pm no child under 12 are allowed as it doesn’t state that on booking.com maybe you need to add that in unless you go to the actual website so was a little disappointed but then as i found they did the two sessions all was great 3.30-5.30 pm so prefect for the family’s that have kids under 12 . club lounge lots of choices great food good selection for breakfast as well staff were friendly and helpful.

pool was a little small in busy days not much room so didn’t swim this stay and as stated above above club lounge maybe put on booking that after 5.30 pm no kids in lounge. not sure if they normally have two sessions but that is a great option for family’s to enjoy the perks you book for with smaller kids.

The hotel is lovely with freshly renovated rooms and a beautiful foyer. The dining amenities are excellent and beautifully designed. The furnishings are fabulous. There is a lovely relaxing feel to the hotel. The location is perfect alongside the Swan River and an easy walk to everything and all the staff we encountered were friendly and smiling. Just a lovely place to be.

The pillows are incredibly high but the receptionist advised you can request an alternative. Maybe a little sign in the room would be helpful as l slept without a pillow. The pool could do with a little love and a rubbish bin for coffee cups etc but that did not stop us spending hours in the lovely warm water.

We enjoyed our stay very much at the Panpacific Hotel. The room was renovated, very stylish, fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was nice. We joyed pre drink and snack (it was far more than snack and everything was delicious) before dinner at a special lounge as well. Very comfortable bed. And the location was perfect for city night outing.

Wish the sofa was a bit more comfortable. It was a stylish one but not for rest. Staff at the 7 floor lounge was quite rude. It was very busy and it was packed so we walked in and were looking for a table. This young white girl policed on us asking arrogantly "can I have your room number please". I told her our room number and she just walked away without helping us finding table etc. It was quite disappointing.

Beautiful grounds and rooms. The staff were so polite and helpful, very formal and always checking in with us. The concierge put my bags in the car, held the door open for me, and even checked to make sure my Uber was definitely for me and I was safe leaving at night time. Really great experience, and I would stay here again.

Parking facility lacks an elevator and is hard for people With mobility issues - we had to walk several flights of stairs to reach the lobby, or face a giant hill. Not really enough space to stop and be dropped off/check in with luggage due to very small drop off area

Facilities and rooms were modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and always attentive. Peruvian restaurant onsite was excellent, food was amazing! Loved that they had a water bottle fill station in the lobby as well which is great because it is so hot in Perth!

Breakfast was average. Hot food station was lukewarm at best even when you went early. They need better warming solutions to keep the food hot. Also the coffee was terrible so ended up having to pay for our coffees which was a bit disappointing considering the breakfast costs $42.

I love the newly updated rooms! Its spacious, the bed is very comfortable and its a quiet space to relax!! I also appreciate the big bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash making showering a breeze! It was a great touch, less hassle needing to twist small tubes with caps!! I came here 5 years ago and haven't been back since I left disappointed with how outdated the rooms were for its high price. So when I recently saw a video on tiktok stating its been renovated, I didn't hesitate to try it out! The price is very affordable to match the newly updated look!

-The size of the bathroom. Its quite snug. I had to close the lid of the toilet to make sure my towel doesn't take a quick dip while I'm drying off -It didn't have a hair dryer. I usually don't bring my own as every other hotels provide one. So I was surprised there was non available in our room

Excellent location with very nice view of the river

I think they were rushing to prepare our room when we checked-in, so they have forgotten to put mineral water and some toiletries were missing. There was road closure due to some events. We had a hard time accessing the hotel. We checked with the hotel concierge who was on duty on 7Dec, evening. He wasn’t very helpful and gave us wrong information. We had to find out via Google and went out to ask the traffic warden ourselves with regard to the road closure.
