December 2024
The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious. The location is very convenient as well. I liked that the outlets had usb plugs and I liked that you could pair your phone to the tv. I also liked how spacious the shower was and that there was plenty of room to place my product on the shelf, and the option of both shower heads was convenient.
The parking should be a flat rate for 24hours and you can come and go as many times as you like. Being charged $25 everytime you leave is expensive and finding street parking is difficult.

I liked being welcomed with a glass of white wine I loved the plush spotless white bed I loved that aside from airconditioning it was very quiet I loved that most of staff were very pleasant and helpful
I found parking in right location confusing Signage to hotel parking could be clearer I found that morning staff knocked on door to clean at 10 and check out was 11 She appeared unhappy that I was not planning to leave there and then I found that water bottle ring cap difficult to rip off and they broke easily Breakfast in restaurant; The chef special chilli crab scrambled eggs was not very attractive and had hardly any crab. The crepe? was to hard to cut up

The room was neat and tidy. The bed was comfy, and my partner said it was one of the best sleeps he's had in a long time. Breakfast came extremely fast (5 minutes approx). Loved all the complimentary items also (dental care, hair comb, chocolate, etc).
Parking was a bit confusing. We didn't realise about resident parking, and when we asked for help on the monitor, a man didn't give us clear instructions not once but twice and hung up on us. The third time we rang, we had someone else who was more clear about it being for residents and said we had to reverse out and park in that area. It was a bit of a mission to reverse out as it was one a steep hill. We asked the front desk about parking and that we were going to go out that night but would be back later. We got back around 10pm, and the gate was closed for our parking (which we were never told about). We had to find parking out on the street.

Meals were great. Room was clean quiet and well set out. The power outlets at the bedside were great as my wife has a CPAP machine and having a power outlet next to the bed was great. A lot hotels and motels have the power outlets in obscure places. The closeness to the Hospitals was great I could walk to the St John of God hospital.
Finding the below hotel parking was not easy at all, in fact it was very confusing. It would be good if there were some clear instructions on the Web Site for that particular hotel that could be downloaded and printed when making the booking. I spoke to some other people who stayed at the hotel and they were also confused.

Very modern accomodation in a precinct which included a private hospital and a public hospital.
Paid parking under hotel is shared with 3 other towers (there are 4 parking levels shared with other health service related functions). Max over-night charge is $23.00 to 6:00am and the hourly charge from that time is $5.00 per hour to a maximum of $23.00 (so if you check out at 10:00 am possible charge is $43.00). No direct access to car park under hote as building also houses privately owned apartments who have a boom gate access to that carpark.

Very neat and tidy. Room was quiet and excellent location near to public and private hospitals in Murdoch. The restaurant food was very good although note that there is no room service. You order online and collect the meal as takeout from the restaurant. This did not worry me at all on this trip. I would be happy to eat there again. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon was easy to change settings on. The shower was huge with a rainfall head and a shower wand. With pump dispensed wash, shampoo and conditioner. I did like the body wash. The towels were lightweight but good quality. They had a lot single use toiletry options including a shaving kit and dental hygiene kit.
The general environment around the hotel is confusing and the hotel tower also contains residential appartments. I got confused at what buttons to hit at one stage and there was a barefoot resident in the lift who assisted me happily but then ranted about the staff needing to do more to explain things. Did not bother me but I imagine some people might take issue.

The room was perfect. Very comfortable bed.
The staff said to me that there is parking outside after we knew very well there wasn't. It's next to a hospital and there would be a dozen free parks but of course they are all occupied. I'm sure they always are given the busyness of the area. The staff said the underground parking is $50 overnight and to give them my car rego before checkout to get a $25 discount. We found out that this is not true. There is a parking sign in the underground that says overnight parking is $25 anyway. I feel lied to.

I know this hotel is not in the city center but I still booked it because they are new. since we didn’t plan to use trains or buses, we stayed here and go back and forth to the city using didi/share ride. also if you are travelling with old parents during winter, staying at well-known hotel is better as the heater will definitely work well. my parents could not stand the cold, so the warmth room is definitely my priority. We booked the double queen room, at first i thought the bed would be too small for us 4 adults but it was fine. We stayed for one night, then traveled to Busselton and came back the other night, but funny was we got the same room for the second stay😂 The breakfast included was great, ala carte and buffet on weekends and ala carte only on weekday.

Very clean, room was serviced everyday. Room service was very quick and there is always someone at reception there to answer your call. It was also a few minutes walk away from bus stops and the Murdoch train station, making it easy to travel to Fremantle or Perth city. Parking was free -it would be great if it is kept free once the construction of the carpark is complete.
There was a bit of a divot in the middle of the bed which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep and the parking was tricky to navigate -however I understand that the carpark is under construction. One of the receptionists provided unclear verbal instructions on how to reach the carpark. After speaking to another receptionist, a map was provided which was a bit more helpful. Was unable to access the carpark after 10.30pm.

staff were terrific. room was excellent and location perfect for one day stay at Fiona Stanley hospital for partner. especially pleasant was the in house restaurant, no need to travel outside for meals and snacks. Staff were excellent, menu was extensive and prices competitive. Need to revisit hospital for follow up out patient treatment and will not hesitate to book again. We live down south near Bunbury and to attempt car journey same day as hospital visit is in practicable and way too stressful.
through no fault of Hotel, basement hotel guest car park is incomplete and confusing. Hotel staff tried extremely hard to minimise issues, good maps and floor plans. All will be good when construction complete.
