Location. Staff friendly and helpful. Owner on site when I arrived very friendly and professional. Booked through booking.com Upgraded room at keen recommendation of owner. Nice apartment.

Issue with receiving receipt for initial payment. Owner says that has to come from Booking.com. Booking.com say that has to come from the Appartments. Should not be this difficult to receive a receipt. One small point is that TV is largely pointless if it is nearly all app based. Who wants to sign in to an app with a password on a tv in a hotel. Far too risky for this to be collected by a third party ( not the hotel). Tv navigation very cumbersome also. Otherwise a good place to stay. Central, Comfortable and clean.

A big unit, it was a nice clean unit with a comfortable bed and large balcony. Good sized kitchen with a large fridge, oven and microwave. Washing/dryer machine was handy. Great customer service from Raj, he was lovely and made our holiday in Perth very enjoyable, he was very knowledgeable about places to eat and places to visit while we were there. Would highly recommend these apartments. And just a short walk to the free CAT buses in Perth and the hop on hop off bus.

I didnt like the washer/dryer, the dryer function wasn't the best, but they did have a laundry room within the apartments that we could use.

Very spacious one bedroom apartment. Pretty clean and very welcoming receptionist. Check in & out was fast and friendly. Housekeeping even provided more washing powder on day of arrival. Apartment was very well equiped, bed was comfortable and there was a huge balcony. Apartment is not on a main street. Sleeping is even possible with open window. Wlan is very good.

Location is good but be aware that there are no supermarkets around the corner and the walking distance to the CBD is about 20mins. However, there is a convenience store, restaurants and a red cat bus stop around the corner. Air-conditioning was not working well, however, temperatures were not very high, therefore, it was also not needed.

It was the perfect location, not far from the airport and right where we needed to be for our purpose. The room was clean, and spacious and had all the requirements to prepare meals (we ate out but we knew we were able to cook if we wanted to.) The option of a late checkout (based on availability) made things much easier for us (we had a flight at 4pm.) We will definitely be back and we have been here multiple times already.

The area does not feel safe at night for two women alone (I was there with my teenage daughter), that said Uber can park easily at the front and once inside the apartment, we felt safe.

I loved the wrap around balcony. I loved the secure parking. There was ample amount of toiletries, teas/coffee, washing liquid, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets. The apartment was spacious and dining table set for 6 was great for visitors. I loved the Samsung washing machine, which also was a dryer.. Good call!! The bed was comfy and a seperate aircon for the bedroom was great. I liked how there was 3 doors to go out onto the balcony. Massage place and eating places nearby. Close to bus routes. Great place to stay. Highly recommend it.

Our room wasn’t serviced during our stay. We could’ve used extra milk and raw sugar instead of tons of white and only couple of raw. It’s a shame the restaurant below moved but there was a few eating places nearby.

The location is excellent, close to the river and the cbd, plus the free city bus transit service. The generous size of the room, with a separate bedroom, kitchen with all amenities, and huge balcony. Free onsite parking, with two options was great. Never had an issue with getting a bay. We will definitely stay at Baileys again!!!!

Overall it was very good. minor th8ngs we didn’t like include the pillows on the bed that were badly stained, although the pillow cases and linen were very clean. Maybe just old pillows that need replacing. And the blanket on the bed had some stains and hair on it, which wasn’t very nice. The spare blanket in the bed was also very dusty and didn’t seem clean. Besides that, all white linen and towelling, plus the overall cleanliness of the apartment was very good.

Excellent location, rooms are a great size and it was very helpful to have a full kitchen and washing machine with a baby! However the best part about this place is by far the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff! Would recommend anyone heading to Perth to stay here!

The only thing I thought could be more practical is shelving in the wardrobe

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff and management, willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as memorable as possible. 2 bedroom apartment was exceptionally clean with plenty of room and an extra large balcony, which was a nice bonus.

Addition of a Nespresso Coffee Machine and complimentary pods included in the price of a 2 bedroom apartment would be fantastic. Difficulty with drop box late at night when checking-in after hours.

housekeeper need to have a training for customer service whenever I asked something ,they are so rude. one of staff came to our room middle of the night and wake us up and told me that somebody complained about us about noise which was not true. The manager called 10 times at night and warning text meager to me about that matter. I was so mad about that and I complained and didn’t get anything from them. they should’ve checked first before knocking and sending and calling me before. I never had this experience anywhere. and the room was not cleaned at all we saw hairs ,dust everywhere in bed room.

Friendliness of reception and housekeeping staff. A great location with parking. Comfortable and clean apartment. An issue with aircon that reception staff informed us about on arrival was dealt with very satisfactorily!

1. Very, very poor quality of toilet paper. You expect far better quality from an accommodation provider. Public facilities provide better quality than what was provided. 2. On departure, I discovered the fire door down blocking access to front door for entry/exit.Having already placed key cards in early departure box in reception area, I was then locked in. Feeling rather panicked at that stage, I could enter garage area but not return and eventually found a side door that was used by a restaurant next door. A very upsetting situation when you are trapped inside a building. I hate to think what happens in a fire situation.
