The reception team were fantastic, so friendly and helpful, from booking bus tour tickets to connecting the smart TV (when our efforts failed!). We had a one bedroom apartment which was so spacious and had the bonus of a study area which we used to store our suitcases and belongings. The bed was large and comfortable. The aircon worked a treat and was a "life saver" when returning back from the heat of the city! The accommodation was so clean and tidy. We had a daily room service. The hotel is very close to a number of bars (some noisy and brash) and eateries. The train station is also very close. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Not the hotel's fault, but late night car "racing" was a bit of a nuisance, but we soon adapted to this.

Our recent stay at the Quest West End was exceptional. The room was very spacious and comfortable for a week long stay. The staff were extremely friendly and our room was topped up with fresh towels and supplies daily. We would definitely recommend the Quest to our friends and family.

The noise from Murray street overnight was quiet loud, even with the windows and balcony doors closed. Keeping in mind that we were on the 2nd floor

The lady at reception was so friendly. She helped us with a couple of places of interest and supplied maps and brochures to help us out. We stayed for 3 nights, and the beds were made up each day which was so nice to come back too. The two-bedroom apartment had plenty of room and was in great condition. We cooked breakfast in the morning and there were ample amounts of cutlery and cookware. The location to shops, bars and eateries was excellent and we would definitely stay again.

Location excellent for accessing venues, walking, free bus services, train station. Staff were always friendly, excellent and accommodating late checkout. A pleasure to deal with.

Street noise late at night could be intrusive. Inner city life noises at their best. Revving cars, bikes and revved up folk in abundance. Amusing and frustrating in one!

The apartment (one-bedroom with office, living room, kitchen) was immense. The property was clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, good air-conditioning, good kitchen amenities. There are free buses (also clean, safe, easy) within the central city (CAT buses) and the regular buses are free within the city center as well. The bus stop was 20 steps from the hotel door and takes less than 10 minutes to the Convention Center. Walk or bus to a nice grocery store within 10 minutes.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and well lit. The laundry facilities were a blessing after our train journey. It was a good location close to the city and Kings Park. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well supplied.

There was only one window looking out over a garbage area and shop roofing.

It was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Walking distance to the Arena, kids loved walking down to the city at night.

There was no parking at the apartments. That's the city though, but there was parking available. The reception lady was so helpful at explaining where we could park. The staff were so lovely and very helpful.

Service was great. We ordered groceries prior to our arrival and the staff kindly helped us place them in the kitchenette - on the tabletop and in the fridge for items which require refrigeration. Apartment was very clean, facilities were very new! Spacious 2 bedroom unit

Staff accommodated our request for a quiet room, but it was still rather noisy with the nearby construction going on.

Walking to shopping centres and restaurants is effortless, with exceptional cleanliness maintained throughout. Additionally, the staff proved exceedingly helpful, demonstrating a keen understanding of client requirements.

Parking is not available on site

The executive apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We stayed in Perth for a concert at the RAC arena which is a 2 minute walk down the road and there are so many amazing restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t need our car at all for our 2day stay.
