Perfect location for attending an event at RAC Arena. The staff were very attentive, polite and helpful. The gent that checked us in was extremely professional and helpful, I wish I had caught his name. The facilities available were exceptional. We ordered room service and the food was amazing. In the room, I absolutely LOVE the bathroom.

Lack of parking facilities created a bottle neck on arrival. Cars trying to arrive were obstructing others trying to leave. The rooms DEFINITELY need double glazing and sound proofing. I was kept awake by the occupant in the next room snoring very loudly! In the room on the other side, the occupants were having loud discussions well after midnight. I expected a normal level of traffic noise but it felt like windows were open when clearly they weren't.

The breakfast was exceptional and catered for lots of dietary requirements. As a gluten intolerant person to be able to eat almost everything at the breakfast bar which included GF bread (first time ever at a hotel breakfast), it made it a great experience and start to the day. Facilities were very clean. Rooms were lovely and equipped with everything we needed- hair dryer, fridge, kettle etc. Rooms were spacious and able to maintain privacy with the set up. The facilities such as the bathroom, shower, beds and TV were all fabulous. Staff were attentive, friendly and efficient. Really liked the 24/7 reception, we felt very safe and it was great for our late check in. Great location- was able to be easily picked up and dropped off by ubers and tour buses. Also in walking distance to the train station and bus stops. Overall my friend and I were highly impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Only minor things but the tvs only have free to air channels and no way of casting a device to the tv to watch something else - I tried mirroring my phone but the tv and device need to be connected to the same wifi…this was not possible. I think it would be a really good idea if they invested in casting devices for the tvs. Other minor thing would be that only some rooms have coffee pod machines and others just a kettle. Would’ve been good having the pod machine to not have to go downstairs in the morning to get one or to pay $10 total for it to be brought to the room.

The staff at least fixed my dissatisfaction about the room bathroom issue and organise another room for me on the same date

I booked for a 2 night stay and I noted when booking that I do not want a disable facilities bathroom although I mentioned I like a more spacious room. On the day of check-in, I was allocated the room with disable bathroom. I discussed with Reception immediately when I found out, and was told that my room type was fully booked and they could only get another room with a normal bathroom for me for the next day. I didn't like that my request was ignored when I made the booking.

We were greeted on arrival by friendly staff and a welcome drink. Our grandchildren were able to play in the little games room while they waited for their room to get ready. Our room was spacious and very clean. Every staff member we met was extremely friendly! I loved that. Paying the extra $20 per person for breakfast turned out to be a very good deal, as breakfast was amazing value. Plenty of options, including eggs cooked to order. The hotel is the best location for an event at RAC Arena. Easy walk to Northbridge too.

Being right cross the road from RAC Arena when there was a basketball game on meant that the bar and restaurant was very noisy and crowded, with no allowance made for guests staying in the hotel. My son asked to book a table and was originally told that wasn’t possible, but they did end up doing that for him. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but there is plenty of parking next door and the hotel can validate your parking ticket if parking is included in the booking.

The location is superb, with great accessibility to all key areas in Perth CBD, including the shopping malls at watertown, Murray Street and Hay Street. It is also directly opposite RAC Arena which makes catching entertainment there super easy. The facilities in the hotel are great, and the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff are all courteous and helpful. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Everything, cleanliness, comfort, location was exactly what I needed for my stay, there was also two great restaurants downstairs, my in-house dining was also delicious, and the Silver Ferns won the netball against Australia during my stay. :)

If I had one critique it would be no USB ports in my room, I'm not sure if that is in all rooms but my room didn't have any ports and silly me forgot to bring my plug, also I couldn't connect the to TV using the Miracast or any screen sharing app. But that could be operator not TV.

Excellent spacious room unexpectedly on the deluxe floor on level 7. The breakfast was varied and very good. Location opposite RAC Arena and on free bus route into the city which was less than a mile to the quayside anyway but the heat (37C +)made the buses much easier to get around

Better understanding of air conditioning as on first night it was a little noisy. The bar was only open 4-10pm and on basketball night there was no provision for guests to be given priority as the queue was out the door

Room is very clean. The housekeeper and cleaners were amazing.

It was our first time coming to WA. I have requested on online to have a room with the Arena view but was given a room with “not a good view”. The lady at the concierge were making face when I talked about this. I was lucky the gentleman next to her helped me to change to the other room with Arena view. Had not so happy vibes during my first arrival. 4 stars hotel but no swimming pools. It has gym but when we go the gym was locked 😅 no parking as well. It has only valet parking. Air cond in room not working very well. The weather was hot, but couldn’t sleep well as the aircon not cold enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed the king bed. It was very comfortable we had the best sleep ever 😴 The service as we arrived was faultless and on point .. Nothing was a problem they accommodated us with nothing but pure professional standards of customer service by Lucian in the lobby desk... I found Lucian to be very accommodating a very caring and wonderful and pleasant to talk to. Thankyou🙂

The only thing I could say was that pancake machine was taking fat to long and always needed attention because it wasn't working.
