The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and good size. Good location.

Our room was facing the street and it was noisy even with the windows closed. Bathroom in the room was new and clean, however it had a glass wall with sliding doors which could not be closed entirely on purpose (probably to avoid breaking the glass).

Nice hotel. Clean and situated close to the old town and the main sightseeings. Very pleasant and helpful stuff in the reception. Excellent breakfast with good choice of food and beverages. Soundproof windows make the sleep undisturbed despite the tram track and hectic traffic just outside our room.

Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was just in the old part of the hotel and it looked like the room hasn't been used for a while and the air in the room seemed to have styed still for a while. The image of the room is a bit antiquated. However, everything worked well and the bed was nice.

Impeccable rooms with anything one may think of, including a trouser press. Parking in the hotel's garage, superb breakfast, helpful and friendly staff and especially being pet-friendly at a place without a speck of dust, is a fantastic experience I want to repeat as soon as possible. And spend more time at the roof-top terrace!

Nitpicking here, but there could be a hot water kettle in the room. There's a 24/7 bar where you can get a tea, but sometimes you just don't want the hassle of going there or getting room service. And the TV could be larger and have more international channels.

Since we arrived at the Hotel everything was excellent, the treatment at the reception, the instructions to get to the room, the room was ready upon our arrival, it was clean, with the ideal temperature and even though we were three adults the room was big enough for the three of us. The beds, both the sofa bed and the regular bed were very good, and the proximity to the center was also excellent. It can be said that the price is nothing with the quality of the hotel it is.

The second elevator that we need to take to arrive to our room sometimes moves a little down when we enter to use it, and that scare a little.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The location was great and close to everything. The terrace was also very nice.

The beds were quite high for our 7 year old. I had chosen a room with a sofa bed but we ended up with 2 rooms with extremely high beds. The breakfast was also quite expensive. There should be a child price as everyone was the same price.

Sometimes the nearby tram was audible.

Charming Hotel in Graz, close to public transport and the nicesg staff, very helpful even before arrival. Comfortably small room but with everything you need. The terrace seemed particularly nice, especialle in combonation with the 24h hotel bar / front desk. I‘ll probably come again soon.

Breakfast started at 7 a.m. and looked delicious. Sadly I had to leave for work by the time.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooftop patio was a bonus surprise! Rooms had a cool vintage feel. Air conditioning was great.

Mattresses weren't very comfy. Our shower was difficult to get in to, the tub was tall and the shower head was low.

Location and breakfast was nice.

It is not hotel for 4*, maybe only the price. 300+ € for one night. Room is wery spacious and toilet in room have a wall of glass, which is especially unpleasant when you are in a triple room with a child.
