The bed was SUPER comfortable and the facilities were quite clean too. Each room has a separate key which you can lock/unlock from both outside and inside. I felt safe enough.

One thing I did not appreciate was being hit with a surprise 'tax Geld' on arrival. This hand-written notification should have been stated in the original booking information online. Nothing irritates guests more than hidden taxes/fees. The WiFi was nonexistent. I had to visit K&O Shopping Centre across the street just to read my emails. Furthermore, the place was NOT easy to find and borderline dangerous to locate after dark due to poor or nonexistent lighting. On my second night, I had to escort a much older gentleman up the alley myself who was having trouble locating MiniHotel. Without me there, he might have fallen over in the dark and hurt himself.

Excellent location! Large and comfortable room and good kitchen facilities. Walking distance to all if the old town and river area. Beautiful historic surroundings!

Terrible description of "how to get there". Nothing but a street address that covered numerous properties. Should at least include a description of where to go once at the street number, and preferably photos with arrows. No wifi. Only one shower room (with 2 showers) for 6 bedrooms. It wasn't a problem but could've been a BIG problem.

Very pretty location in a historical building right in the center of Graz. The rooms are light and quiet (you can't hear the tram or cars at all, only birdsong in the morning), the facilites usually very clean.

The beds are very soft - if you're prone to back pain, that might be an issue. Since the bathrooms are shared we had one encounter with a family that wasn't very clean and didn't consider at all that other guests were using the bathrooms too. However that was once, every other night was very nice and the bathrooms get cleaned daily, so it wasn't a huge issue.

Despite of beingminihotel/hostel (as bathroom is shared) the place is absolutely comfortable and extremely clean.

I'd just instal the shampoo bottles in the showers for emergency cases when your guests could forget about it while traveling. It'd simplify the stay without running to the shop to buy 250ml shampoo for 1 night use.

The facilities were clean and tidy. Although the bathroom and toilet were outside the rooms and shared with other guests, it was clean at all times.

There was no communication from the owner or person managing the accommodation. We weren't given any instructions as to how to get the key or how to make payment of the City tax.

It's an apartment with 5 rooms, a kitchen, two toilets and two showers. I didn't really mind sharing the bathroom, it was not crowded. The reception is in the restaurant and the staff is nice. Wasn't hard to find as some of the reviews here wrote. The location is great!

The apartment is old with squeaky floors. The walls are thin (I could here someone snorring in the other room). Could be a bit cleaner. But overall, I loved it.

Location was brilliant, right next to the Schlossberg. Bedroom as well as shared bathroom / shared toilets were all day very clean. It was soooo quiet during the night, no traffic to hear at all and in the morning we did hear the birds. Very lovely!

Mattress was overdue of getting replaced.

The place was located in an area where there were lots of shops and restaurants. The room itself was quiet and the bed was comfy. The shared showers were neat.

The window in the room was difficult to close and the shared toilets were not entirely in order.

Whole hotel was modern and nicely furnished. Kitchen was well equipped although we didn´t use it. Location was quiet as it was inside small court. Bathroom and toilets were shared, but everything was lockable so we still had privacy.

Other guests were a bit nosiy and as doors/walls were thin, we had a bit of trouble sleeping. But this was not hotel´s fault.

Location is great in city centre. It is an old renaissance building and the yard is beautiful, you have a feeling that you are in a movie about that history period. Clean, comfortable room.

It was like hostel. Kitchen, bathroom and toilette were shared with 5 other rooms.
