I can't stress enough how amazing the staff is! 1. My luggage was delayed and came with another flight and was then sent to the hotel. The front desk accepted it for me, had it brought to my room and called to let me know it arrived. 2. I had a rental car but I wasn't sure if it had the highway vignette so the front desk person came to help me find it and suggested the nearest place to get one and which to buy. Saved me about 2.5h of driving time! The room was spacious, the hotel is nicely situated for walks and not too far from the city center by tram

The room was a good size with plenty of room for our cases, good bathroom and although on the top floor, the hotel had a lift ( a pleasant surprise ). A good selection for breakfast. Hotel Stoiser is located in a lovely green upmarket area of Graz. Only about 1km away you can have a superb evening meal at Hauserl im Wald. The tram into Graz center is only a few minutes walk away. Plenty of parking for our hire car.

The Hotel is located on a fairly busy street, so we did have to sleep with the windows closed. Could be a problem if the weather got very warm?

Nice quiet location but very close to tram line, great breakfast.

We would expect that a hotel of this category would offer a possibility to make tea / coffee either in the room or in the lobby. There was nothing like this available and the bar was closed so not even a possibility to buy a hot drink in the evening when we arrived after a day in the city. This is the only thing we have missed and we really think a good hotel should have.

Hotel is good and very clean. It takes around 20 minutes from Graz Central Station with Tram 1 direction to Mariatrost (stop at Teichhof). Walk less than 8 minutes. It was very convenient ☺️. Tram runs early morning till late night which is really very good. Staffing are good and helpful. Very good breakfast.. always refill and clean up the table when guest left the Breakfast Room.👌 Hotel car park is direct at the Hotel ☺️👌

Negative: no slippers and bathrobe. Sauna timing should be a little bit more flexible... earlier. Bed was good for me but for mine husband it is too soft .During the stay 3 nights couldn't sleep good.😔

The hotel is located in a nice peaceful area. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The furniture was a bit old-fashioned, but in a good condition. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (especially the receptionist from Slovakia). Unfortunately, I didn't feel good during our stay, but the staff arranged a special breakfast for me and my boyfriend could take it to our room. There is a great choice of food of high quality. When we come back, we will stay in this hotel again.

The room was very hot although the heating was off. It's because the pipes are hot anyway.

Rooms comfortable, clean and of adequate size. Breakfast up to expected continental standard but no bacon if you're British! Staff all brilliant, nothing was ever too much trouble. There are facilities we didn't use so I cannot comment on them but for us this hotel fits all our requirements. We have stayed before and will no doubt stay again.

Exceptionally hot so some aircon would have been nice. Must concede this would be a very expensive solution to a temporary problem. A large fan was provided and the cleaning staff had no problem leaving it switched on even when room was empty.

The hotel was really nice, in a quiet area. It looks like a family hotel and it had all sort of nice details. Good breakfast. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, our friends' pet also got a treat, and on the main floor there was water and a dog food bowl available. The tram station to get to the city center was a 5 minute walk behind the hotel. You can also enjoy a beer at the hotel terrace in the evening.

As we had the luck to arrive in Graz on a very warm summer day, the fact that the rooms don't have air conditioning was not that pleasant. However, we appreciated that the hotel installed some standing fans in the rooms. It is probably not that common to have such high temperatures in that part of Austria during the summer.

At the beginning I was disappointed to find out that I have to take the metro nearly for 20 stations to be in the city center but then I liked the neighborhood and the picturesque place the hotel is located at. Breakfast was good, most of the staff is friendly My room was on the main road so a bit noisy sometimes but the view was great

Just that is far from city center Also I asked the reception to make a call for me to ask about a concert booking (to talk in German for me) and she said we can't do this for the guests but her boss heard the conversation and made the call for me and was extremely helpful and pleasant Except for this incident everything was good

Excellent service and welcome. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The room was a little warm and a fan placed within was helpful. I know the temperatures were high that week, but in a hotel of this standard air con might have been expected. Not a huge problem though. The hotel is in a quiet area of the city and despite leaving window fully open the only disturbance was from late (4pm) guests. Not the fault of the hotel. The nearby tram takes you easily and efficiently in to heart of this incredibly interesting city. Would happily stay again.

Hotel quietens down for night, one can catch a good rest here. Staff was nice and helpful, speaks good English, recommended good restaurants. Parking was included.

A bit afar from town centre, we needed to drive for central bars. There is streetcar available in the nearby, too. Is not really in Graz, it's Graz fringe. The bonus is we hiked on picturesque pathways and dined local cuisine.
