connection to the downtown by tram was very good; clean; there was enough space for parking and it was free

I was invited to register per e-mail since, according to the information in the invitation mail, the reception desk would not be occupied at the time of my arrival. Even though I registered per e-mail, when I arrived (it was night, I was tired from driving, had the luggage in my hands) I had to fill in the registration forms on the touch screen in front of the building. What was additional problem -- THERE ARE NO MEASURES FOR DATA PROTECTION -- anyone behind me could see or read the data, see my signature etc.

We arrived in the evening and the receptionist welcomed us very gracefully….Dunia was really sweet and explained the hotel facilities as well as how to go about Graz….it’s a beautiful city that’s under rated. Hotel is a 10min tram ride to the center and the tram stop is right next to the hotel. They had a child bed right on top of the queen bed which made my son super happy. Clean hotel and definitely recommended if u are stopping over for a night or want to stay away from the city buzz. Free parking in the hotel premises …highly recommended

Could have had a hair dryer in the restroom

We stayed for 4 nights in Graz to visit the region.The hotel was very comfortable and clean. We really liked the free parking possibility. The room was simple but warm and quiet. The city center could be reached easily by tram as the tram stop was only a few steps away from the hotel. We did not really have any contact with the staff beside the first two mornings and the check out. But based on this they seemed to be nice.

When we made the booking the check in time was indicated as between 3pm and 5pm. However, in the morning of the arrival day we were informed through the app that check in is possible UNTIL 3pm. It was a bit frustrating as we had planned our arrival for 4pm. But the receptionist left our key card in a safe and we received detailed instructions so basically our 'check in' went smoothly. The same miscommunicaton happened with the buffet breakfast. When making the booking we saw that it would be possible to get it every morning. But on the first two days there was no buffet set up. We were told that it's because of the Easter holiday and finally we were offered something to eat. So this issue was also solve. But it would have been better to be informed in advance about these changes.

The staff was really kind and helpful. Free parking is a very big plus too. The hotel is very well placed in a market for young people, to me it seemed like a dorm, which I found very cute. McDonalds and Lidl are close nearby too.

Cleanliness could have been better. Our bathroom door had visible white traces across it. The location is very close to the tram station. Otherwise the walk to the Innere Stadt is about an hour but you go alongside deposits and scrape yards. Not unpleasant, just deserted and unpopulated.

Nice free parking. Very good internet. Kind staff. Clean and modern rooms. We actually had a mini-fridge in our room, although it was not mentioned on booking.com. Good location, there is a tram route right in front of the hotel and it is a 30 minute walk to the center. A Bila supermarket also very close to the hotel. Toiletries, clean towels and laundry.

The shower is not well insulated so the whole bathroom was getting flooded after each shower. But other than that, it was great.

Good value for money, very friendly staff, easy check-in, good breakfast, delicious cappuccino from the machine, free private parking, good location, tram stop in front of the hotel, you can reach the city center in 15 minutes, good wi-fi reception.

In the room may be too warm in the colder months and soundproofing could be better. The pillows are too soft for our taste and if you drink bottled water ready in the room, you have to pay for it.

The hotel has very good position. It is close to the highway what is especially good if you choose to visit this city by car. Even when the hotel is close to the highway it is in the room quiet. They offer free parking place. Approximetly 100m from hotel is the tram to the central city. What I appriated was that we had arrived few hours before the chek-in and thex allow us park the car on their parking place a we could go explore the city. They served classical breakfest, ham, eggs etc.

Good place for stay in Gratz. Tram line nearby, big free parking by the hotel. Comfortable, clean room, quite spacious bathroom as for that class of the hotel. Very good quality vs price. For sure, I will stay in this hotel the next time.

Breakfast - generally it was ok, but for that price I expected better variety.

The staff are very friendly, hotel is clean and basic. Location perfect for my needs. Opposite a tram stop - number 5 - takes you straight into town really quickly.

Mattress vey hard and no fridge or kettle so be prepared.

Not far away from A2 Highway, modern, clean and comfy hotel with very reasonable prices. Simply, but functional. Rooms are fairly big, parking place available on site. The hotel of my choice while travelling North-South of Europe.

Well, there's no restaurant on site - only breakfasts (fairly rich and good), so either you walk 1 km to McDonald's (horror!) or you take a car and search a restaurant in Graz, where shops close at 7 pm. and historic center is close for cars. The hotel starts to need a reno or more attentive maintenance.
