With our luggage in tow, it was only a short walk from the tram stop, making our arrival stress-free. Room: Our rooms were comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, and meticulously clean. The toiletries provided were more than sufficient for our stay, adding to our overall satisfaction. Location: The hotel's central location is ideal for exploring Graz. Major attractions were just a few minutes away, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city's highlights. The gym had only recently opened while we were there, which was an added bonus for us! Food: Dining options were excellent. There’s a McDonald’s conveniently located right across from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was plentiful and well-stocked, ensuring we started our days off right. Additionally, the chilled lemon water available at the reception was a refreshing touch, especially appreciated during the hot summer days. Reception: The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The reception staff were notably friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Ms. Elea, who we had been in contact with prior to our trip to arrange transportation. Her warm welcome upon our arrival and her assistance throughout our stay were invaluable. She provided great recommendations on using the tram system to reach our desired destinations. Elea’s exceptional service truly enhanced our experience. Thank you, Elea, for making our stay memorable. Overall Impression: Our stay at the Plaza Inn Hotel was delightful. The hotel has a strategic position right in front of the Messe and Stadthalle and just out of the East station. With multiple and frequent tram lines it is possible to get to the old town in minutes. The main station is well connected with trains (S-bahn) or trams. The rooms are super clean and nice (I got a four-bed room which was more than enough for me). The breakfast is well assorted. The staff was extremely kind and helpful (special mention to Fatima who really saved my trip by giving me an AC adapter which I forgot to bring). Plus, great value for money. For me, the go-to place for future trips to Graz.

The hotel is pretty new and in walking distance of the center of Graz. Its a good middle kind of choice, not to fancy, not too expensive.

The parking at the hotel is 15 EUR and I have not seen that mentioned before. There is no door at the bathroom. I have not seen that anywhere hotel or home. They need to fire the architect. If you shower and someone comes to your room to visit, she will have a nice surprise. Actually happened so... good she did not mind.

Great location, 25 minutes walk straight to city center. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and very nice breakfast. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The rooms are too hot and the air conditioning isn’t good enough. Also the shower has no door which is weird, only the restroom has a door. So the whole room gets very hot from the shower steam, and yet the restroom gets no ventilation… bad design if you ask me

Although it may not be the most important reason to choose this hotel, the stuff of this hotel was great - Fatima at the reception, Tobias in the breakfast room. Smiling, helpful, informative, professional. Apart from that: clean, comfortable beds and excellent coffee at breakfast

There was no refrigerator in the room and safe box did not function. There were also no toiletries in the bathroom.

The staff were wonderful and very very helpful! The location is great, there was a tram station close and it is only a 20 minute walk from the old city centre. The breakfast was also really nice. There is parking availible for 15€ per night.

The only complaint i had is that the beds were not that comfortable, but that is coming from someone that usually prefers a very soft bed.

Very inconvenient entrance to the parking, only at a phone call to the reception which was not working too. There were empty containers for shampoo and condition.

The rooms were clean and efficient. I would have liked a refrigerator, but otherwise the room was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. I definitely liked being on a streetcar line that could get us around town without having to drive the car.

A mini refrigerator would have been nice.

I didn’t eat breakfast because I wake up at 11:30 after stuff called me so the sleeping was awesome bad is perfect

I couldn’t find the way for car parking at first time because police car parking is there sto they confused me

Clean and modern, but simple hotel. Nothing fancy or extraordinary, but enough for a good night's sleep. Large breakfast buffet, almost a bit too much for me.

Rooms to the back border the train tracks, first trains go around 4:50 am. If you like to sleep with an open window you will wake up
