The cleanliness was exemplary! Room number 6 was in really good condition. Check-in was very easy. I appreciate the electric kettle and refrigerator , new hair dryer... Comfortable mattress and smart TV. Parking there was also great. It looked really nice and I can recommend this accommodation to everyone.

We didn't like the cold , the radiators were still same cold(minimum heating) even at the highest level. We also missed a small dining table. And one more bedside table. And I would preferred anti-allergy pillows. And a real double bed.

Good location if you are just passing Austria, nice room and bathroom. Room is not so big but if you are travelling and just looking for a stay to sleep - fully recommend. It was comfortable to sleep, a shower to take after a long trip and the most important - you can come any time and keys are prepared for you. As well, there is a place for a car. I was a bit in doubts before ordering but it was worth to order this room comparing price and the value we got.

Everything was good, no complaints. But if you decide to have a breakfast in the room, there is no much space to sit comfortable but manageable. Plates, cups and everything else we needed, was in place.

3 km from the Sturm Graz stadium (Merkur Arena) so "walking distance" and that was my reason for the visit. Far from the center (7 km). Free parking in front of the facility. A room with a kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave) and very good fast Internet (streaming of online platforms with no problem). Maintenance-free motel, i.e. password-protected key, so no one disturbs you. I would highly recommend!

- our towels smelled as if they were not washed - the instruction on how to find the keys to the room was in German only; leaving this comment as a suggestion for improvement as some people don't speak German and need a translation into English

Easy access with contactless check-in, good & safe parking on the property, clean and quiet, a possibility to cook, complimentary dish soap and sponge.

Only minus was that the shower head ”holder” was broken… Or maybe we just did not understand how to use it 😂

We stayed only for one night, all was good, clean, comfortable, inside all that we need. Keys were waiting for us in the box, so no problem with checking in. We can definitely recommend.

It was a good place to stay for 1 night, just to take rest during long trip by car. There was everything inside to prepare food for your self. Free parking on the territory of motel.
