The room was nice, both rooms ordered were closed by each other, there is a supermarket under the hotel with very good breakfast deal which is way better then the hotel breakfast :-)

You have to park the car in the garage and they will charge you 8.5 euro per night ! its not mentioned anywhere else and if not they will warn you that you will get a 40 euro fine. The reception only works until 20:00 and later they will leave you a key in a safe, they only provide one key per room and if you forgot the key inside you will have to approach the reception and by night call the security service to open your room while waiting for them to arrive. The room do not have a fridge which is pity !

The room was nice, big and clean with a great view of the mountain. Although close to the main street, the windows did a great job to block the outside noise. Staff was helpful and friendly. Although the location is a bit remote, you have some good options of restaurants around the place, as well as a great supermarket.

The cleaning personnel seemed to have forgotten to take the trash out before checking in to our room. Parking could be included in the room price.

We have stayed at HWest before. This time it was just a stop off break on the way back home from Italy to Germany. The hotel is conveniently placed just off the main road but no noise from traffic in the rooms. The staff are very nice and helpful, but you should note the reception does close at night. Room was clean and tidy with a small bottle of water included for the two of us.

Especially the beds and wide range of TV programs. And even more the fact, that our room was turned towards highway, we didn't hear a thing. The windows were so good insulated.

Hidden park fee. I didn't see that while booking our trip on booking.com site. We were told that we couldn't park in front of the hotel, while the parking lot doesn't belong to the hotel, instead we are strongly recommended to buy a underground garage for a night. At least the car wasn't cold in the morning.

Nice location. Room very clean comfortable and few minutes with car to Innsbruck center. Parking available for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately the Air-condition in the room is not effective at all. We had to ask for a fan which was provided with no problems.

A modern, comfortable and clean hotel with a secure underground car park. It has a good location for visiting nearby Innsbruck and for our onward journey over the Brenner Pass.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or anywhere in the hotel to get them. A minor detail maybe but important after a long drive.

For a short stay, 1 night it's okay, but for a longer stay I would look for something else.

Room with a mountain view. The view of the mountains was only available if you sat directly at the window. From the room all you could see were the rooms of other guests. The bathroom didn't leave give much privacy to the occupants in the room. There also wasn't any dinner options in the hotel. If you arive too late you mau not be able to get anything to eat in town.

I traveled with three of my friends to this location with a last minute reservation. We stayed in the "family room" which was two adjoined rooms with four single beds. The staff were very friendly and the location was adequate for us since we were going to the train station the next day and this wasn't too far from there. One nice thing is this hotel is next to a supermarket. The breakfast was really good and they have an excellent coffee machine.

near to the highway and with the windows closed no sounds. cozy and comfortable for a short stay or where the room is only to sleep and shower.

the garage is not included and you cannot park on the street as all the parking spaces are from other companies. it would be great to have at least water kettles in the room.

The hotel is modern with clean and comfortable rooms. Good bed and decent shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Next door is a supermarket which is very convenient. There is a parking garage for if you come by car. For transport into Innsbruck, ask the staff for a guest pass, it will allow you to take the bus (10min walk) to walking distance of Innsbruck centre.
