Good location, clean rooms, plenty of food at breakfast

No toothpaste/brushes and slippers , 4-star hotels are supposed to have them in the rooms, but not make guests ask for them.

Nice hotel in Innsbruck near highway and industrial/commercial zone. Bus stop in front of hotel to go to airport or city center. Or you can walk 45 minutes to the heart of the old town, not that far either. The hotel has 50 free parking places, but if you arrive a bit later, like we did at around 18:30/19:00 hours, no place was available anymore. That felt a bit of a bumper. However you can find free parking spots in the adjoining streets (if you are in luck). The hotel also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a simple meal and a drink. Clean room, beds okay, very good shower. You can open the windows, with quite a nice view on the mountains. There is also a fitness room and a sauna. Good breakfast. All in all, a good price for what you get.

We really didn't like the fact that there were no parking spaces available at the time we arrived, especially if you book a hotel with free parking included.

The hotel was lovely and well maintained. Good location easy to get to from the central train station via bus. The room was well equipped and modern. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and shower was amazing.

There were a few very hot days during my stay and the air conditioning works quite well, but the staff has put a limit requiring the minimum sustained temperature should be minimum 23 which I found frustrating. I would set it to 21 and it would cool to that temperature, but warm back up pretty quickly which I couldn't control and had to change settings multiple times at night. The breakfast was the exact same each day and some variety would be nice.

Alphotel Innsbruck. What a nice place. The staff is very friendly. The rooms have a decent size and are very clean. The location of the hotel is super. Within a few minutes your in the highway. It's not in the city centre, but for us the location was superb. Parking spaces were more than enough. Good wide places. Breakfast was also very good. Enough for everybody needs.

They were renovating the front of the hotel. So it was a little bit messy. But it's gonna look very good in the future when it's ready.

The breakfast was delicious, with a view of the Alps. The room was not super modern but clean, cozy, and lovely. We even had a balcony in our room with a panoramic view over the mountains. The hotel is located near several bus stops and night buses stop near the hotel, which is convenient for those traveling without a car.

We didn't put a "Do not disturb" sign on the door, which led to a misunderstanding with the staff, who thought they could come in and clean our room. So, put the sign on the door.

The location was nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. A little far from the railway station, but there is a bus stop right next to it and another at a 10 minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even offer a Welcome Card for a stay of minimum 2 nights, which gives free access to the Innsbruck public transport and discounted access to a lot of tourist spots in the city.

There should be more food options for vegetarians and vegans.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially if you want to explore the city with public transport. The bus-stand is right beside the hotel. There are a few places to grab a bite in the neighbourhood. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Also, the balcony offers a great view. The parking has ample amount of spaces and the breakfast was adequate and satisfactory. The staff is friendly. Overall, a good choice.

A few more options in the breakfast would be nicer.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older but it worked for us. The sauna, steam room and infra red sauna were a joy to use.. the bar and lounge were fun and convenient.. The restaurant was understaffed. The server was literally running to keep up and took al long time to get out bill.

The one issue we had was we overlooked the back of the hotel where there are 8 Telsa chargers... and they are used all the time.. seems like people like to gather there at all hours of the day and night.. We also backed onto the sporting goods store shipping department.. lots of noise out there.

Location: The hotel is located not too far from the highway - perfect if you have a car and do not want to drive in the city. However, the area around the hotel is reasonably quiet. There are about 50 parking slots within the hotel premises. If you arrive before the standard check-in time of 1500 hrs, there should be no trouble finding a parking slot. There is a bus stop by the side of the hotel and another one about 600 m away. One could buy bus tickets from the ticket machine at these stops using either credit card or coins (exact fare since these machines do not give change). However, we did not find too many restaurants close by except the one in the hotel (which we did not try). Reception: Staff were very friendly and permitted us to check in about an hour early. Breakfast: Decent spread. Quite a few tour groups stay here and, therefore, it can be quite busy early in the morning. Bathroom: Size was OK; was also very clean. Room: Great views of the mountains from our thrd floor room. Some rooms have a small balcony but ours did not have one. Decent sized writing desk.

Room size: A bit on the smaller side though we could place two large suitcases in the room. The space for hanging clothes in the cupboard is rather limited. No coffee/ tea making facility (seems to be a common issue with many hotels in Austria). Bed: Rather small and a bit too soft for my liking.

Very friendly staff - always smiling, extremely helpful. Nice size room with comfortable beds. Clean and quiet room. Free parking on site - they have 50 parking spaces, but they inform you in advance about that. Good breakfast - a good variety with hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, ham and cheese, sausages, fried ham, jam, joghurt and cereal, fruits as well. Good coffee. Nice view of the mouintans.

The location is a little bit further from the city center, in an area with shopping malls, but you know that from the start. I can not say that this is really a minus point.
