A nice old fashioned hotel, situated near the highway on the outskirts of Innsbruck. The locatiin was perfect for us, a family with a car. The room, beds and shower were clean, although a bit small. Well heated. The sauna was very nice too. Breakfast very good with nice variety. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious with great service. So overall great value for money.

We reserved two rooms, but one of the assigned rooms was used when we opened the door. The desk lady treated us very nicely and changed the room to have them both on the same floor, ascorting us to be sure it's tidy. So overall a mistake well taken care of.

Well the room was excellent, it was clean and tidy a good view to the montain side! What i found interesting was the music in the bathroom, when u turn the light on also is turn the music on, it was quite nice 😊😊.(you dont need anymore to sing in the shower 🙈🤣🤣) Very close to the bus/train/tramway stations, the lines are good connected to the center of innsbruck. It takes about 10-13 minutes with the bus. I recomand the hotel 👍🏻👍🏻

Breakfast was very good. The receptionist was extremely king and useful. For example she told me that the hotel gives you a free pass on public transport during the entire stay provided that you stay a minimum of 2 nights. That's an initiative of the city of Innsbruck. If I hadn't spoken to her I would never have known. I would expect Booking.com to tell me this before I go. It's very bad you don't tell your customers about this. It saved me more than 100 euros. You're only interested in selling extra tours and activities so you can make more money, but you're not interested if your customers can save money. Extremely disappointing. Please explain.

Please read my note above if you haven't done so already. I'll think twice before booking with you again in the future if you clearly don't pass on crucial information where your customers can save some money. I'm not really surprised because big companies like Booking are there purely to make money, but I expect more from a travel company. All the emails I got in the run-up to my holiday were about how you wanted to sell activities I could do during my stay and these were not competitively priced.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend it. The location is good, especially if you travel by car. If you come by train to Innsbruck like we did, the hotel is just two stops away from the central station. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and super warm, which is perfect if you are always chilly (as I am) :). Our room had a balcony and the view was nice, the days we were in Innsbruck it was light snowing so we were lucky to wake up with a nice snowy mountain view.

Nice facilities in a good location. We were just passing through, and this was a good place for us. It seemed more like a business type of hotel rather than a vacation hotel. The breakfast was excellent! Beds were comfortable

The rooms could use a good refurbish. The floor was very squeaky, creaking with every step. The air flow was non-existent unless the door to the veranda was left open, then it was ok.

Excellent location for a stay very close to Innsbruck. There are a bus stop and a train station literally across the road from the hotel, and in fact I used both methods to get to/from Innsbruck with success! The car park is in front of the hotel entrance, was quite busy when I arrived but still managed to find a free spot. The staff at the reception were excellent, everything was smoothly and efficiently processed with a warm attitude and a small gift for the road ahead ) I was given a printed bus schedule so it was extra easy to plan the rest of my day. The breakfast hall is very nice, and the choice of food is fantastic and of very high quality. Really exceeded my expectation on all counts.

I just think the lighting in the bathroom is a bit 'over-engineered' as it works automatically from the motion sensor. I would prefer a simple manual on/off switch so that it does not get dark all of a sudden when I am in the shower..

The location is outside the center of the city a bit in more of an industrial area. Parking is free and secure. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very kind. The breakfast is very good and worth the expense. it would be difficult to base here without a car unless you are on a tour.

The room we had 101 was very small for two people. I saw the room directly across the hall and it was much larger. The sink in the bathroom (excluding the shower) took up 25% of the bathroom floor space making it difficult.

The facilities were a little away from the main train station in the city but they were comfortable, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern, a little small yet very adequate. We were disappointed there was no breakfast included but it was simply an advertising hook from Booking.com to direct us towards Rumer Hof. RH informed us many who book through B.C believed breakfast was included. Apart from that we were very satisfied with the hotel.

Nice staff. Large and clean bedroom. Comfortable bed. Very close to the Rum train station, with both trains and trams to Innsbruck. By train, it is just 5 min away from Innsbruck Main Station.

There is nothing to mention here.

The restaurant was very good and had a nice ambiance. We ate a delicious dinner there and then the breakfast buffet was absolutely phenomenal, with so many delicious choices! The staff were so friendly and accomodating and the free parking was nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony was nice.

The room was a bit small and cramped with furniture.
