The staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Loved the location. The kitchenware was clean. I didn't need to buy more kitchenware. I liked the private Sauna and private outdoor Jacuzzi. Clean towels and bathrooms. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Poor cleaning under the beds. When I checked-in, I found used underwear under a bed. The kitchen is not part of their daily housekeeping. No Air conditioning but they gave us small fans to cool the rooms which was noisy but reduced the heat.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is really nice. We stayed at the standard double room. It was tiny but so clean, comfy, and cozy. The place is quite and truly amazing. I also liked that they had Rituals products in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and professional. We had a great time here and we’re definitely going to visit Austria again and stay in any of the alpin family hotels again. I would like to add that we had a flat tire problem at Kaprun center. We weren’t able to get any help because everything was closed. We reached 24hotel by Avenida and asked the reception for help. They helped us immediately with no hesitation and the problem was solved!

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and I can only confirm this establishment can be set as a top example for the hospitality sector. Customer experience approach of all team is exceptional - they will do all they can to make your stay outstanding. It goes without saying the facility is top notch - rooms are modern, hotel is well situated in a quiet area, sauna is a plus and breakfast is varied and tasty :). For me its the personal approach of the team which makes the difference - from an excellent hotel to a superb place to stay, which stays in your memory … Reinhard, Martine, Maja, Dori, Gyorgy, Mirela and all the team - thank you, I will be back ;)

There is nothing I didn’t like ;) But as there is always a space for improvement and upgrade ;) - I would suggest installation of a cooling tank in the outside area of sauna - this would be great especially in the winter.

Everything was very nice. The stuff very helpful, they gave us summer cards for free (we didnt even expect that) - and trust me-this summer card is kind of golden in that area, so we really appreciate that. The breakfast was great, they prepare fresh eggs as you wish. #spoko

Its not exactly about the property, but what significantly influenced our stay was the huge amount of Arabic people around.. I have nothing against them, but they were everywhere. It was almost rare to see an European. They are quite noisy and following their culture.

I can only say positive things about this accommodation. The hotel is very nicely done, new, modern, but stylish and fits well in the mountain scenery. It is bit further from the center of Kaprun but still in a walking distance. But above all we were really treated greatly. When we arrived we were told that they upgraded our room from normal room to suite for no charge. On top of it we were allowed to park in the inside parking again for no charge. The breakfast was also excellent, we even did not try all what was on the offer, like fresh juice, freshly made eggs of your choice etc. And in the afternoon when we returned from skiing we could enjoy light snack - a piece of pie with tea or coffee. On top of it a small present when we were checking out. So all very pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is cozy, everything feels like it’s brand new and super clean. There is a fridge with drinks and a nespresso machine which I really loved. The breakfast was amazing, so make sure you plan some time to enjoy this, from freshly made eggs to your liking, to squeeze your own fresh juice, Prosecco, fresh fruits, different cheeses and breads and you name it. Staff is super friendly and helpful and I would really recommend it to anyone. The town is only a 5-10 min walk and Kitzsteinhorn parking is a 8 minute drive away. There are also some walks to discover right behind the hotel, which me and my dog loved.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Beautiful views from the terrace to Kitzsteinhorn. We really enjoyed the terrace bath with the beautiful views. Coffee machine and kitchen equipment was great, in the fridge there was water, cola, redbull- included in the price of accomodation - no special charges. The rooms were clean, very nicelly and high quality furnitured and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, also the Tea/Coffee time with the cake in the afternoon was - after the return from the skiing- a great benefit. Another benefit was the garage, the ski-minibus tranfer to the skiing area there and back. Very pleasant was the departure with the bag of mineral water for our journey...: Small but very nice detail, so that you are feeling very positive impression when leaving .. Definitelly would recommend the stay here, so that you feel welcome and comfortable. :)

My room was upgraded and I had a room with kitchen. Very lovely breakfast with lots of options and live kitchen. Hotel parking has two Tesla destination chargers, one dedicated to Tesla, other for non Teslas. Lots of parking options. Hotel has awesome wellness area with spa and massage chairs for use. I was provided with the Kaprun Summer card for free which made everything free, including the public swimming pool.

The room was great, clean, nice view and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with the buffet and custom made breakfast. The location was good within walking distance to bus stop. The sauna area was great, so nice to have after a day on the mountain. Free shuttle to and from the mountain was a nice perk to have!

Rooms were a bit small and could only stay in the lobby area until 8pm so we’re forced up to room unless going out.

Everything about Avenida is spot on. It is modern and the customer service is second to none. The breakfast and tea and cake in the afternoon after skiing is a lovely touch. It is quite far away from the ski slope but they run a mini bus service to drop you off and pick you up. We all love it here and it is our favourite place to stay in Kaprun!
