Breakfast: The fact that you can brew your own Moka Pot is an amazing option. The cold cut meat and cheese selection is more than enough for anyone. The homemade homemade items are fantastic. Room: I had a corner room (210) which meant there were two sides with windows and balcony. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is very large; the fact that toilet is separated from the shower with an actual wall is nice. The soap and shampoo is also very high quality. Location: It's a bit outside Kitzbuhel. This means you can't really walk to the city center. You need to either drive or take public transport which is a 5min walk from the hotel. Being outside Kitzbuhel means you are in the nature which I prefer; a nice morning walk in the woods, around the lake is priceless. Restaurant: It's a restaurant that locals come to eat. This tells you everything you need to know. Food is amazing. Wine selection is good.

Very warm welcome at the reception when we arrived – showed us where to wash & leave our bikes, made sure we got the last table in their restaurant for dinner and even offered to heat up their sauna. In general all the staff was very friendly & helpful at all times. The hotel is located close enough to the lake so you can go there during the day or for an evening walk but still enough far away to feel private. The design is a perfect mix of vintage/traditional and modern with a lot of small hand-picked details. Their bar has a nice menu to choose from and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast buffet had everything from fresh bread & a big müesli selection to salmon & cheese.

Location was really good. Hotel is 5min drive away from Kitzbuhel city center and few minutes on foot to lake where you can enjoy nice morning or afternoon walks. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We really liked the vibe of the hotel with smaller number of hotel rooms. Thus, if you look for quite place where to stay, this is it. Hotel's restaurant was also nice with tasty dishes.

I am not a fan of super soft mattresses. After few nights, you will start feeling your back :( however, this is a personal experience and feeling. Same for pillows.

Great location - 30 minutes to downtown Kitzbühel by foot, 7 minutes by bike which you can rent for free right on spot. Schwarzsee is a 5-minut walk and there is a nice walking/running path around the lake. Breakfast was excellent and based on local products. Very good dinner available, apparently favorite among the locals. Nice and roomy sauna. Great trek to Bischof (from Wildpark Aurach) recommended by the staff. But you can also walk directly from the hotel to Kirchberg, Hahnenkamm etc.

The hotel is located next to the Schwarzsee, in a peaceful and quiet area. Our room had access to a balcony with a fantastic view over the lake. The hotel is wonderfully designed and we felt right at home. The owners were very kind and helpful, it was very easy to check in and our laundry was done at the same day. To get to the cable car, we could just take the free shuttle offered by the hotel, which was super easy. In the evening we enjoyed the sauna area, which was also beautifully designed and perfectly equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different choices. Our highlight was definitely the food even tho we only had an appetizer at the bar, it was exquisite. Next time we will definitely book a table for dinner!

Loved the heated floors in the bathroom, especially after a day on the slopes. Amazing surroundings for walks around, nice view from the room. City centre or the lake accessible by foot. Free parking.

All the pamphlets said the restaurant is closed on Thursday, but in reality the restaurant was closed also on Wednesday, which complicated things for us as we didn't know this and hadn't made a reservation for somewhere else. The ski room was not really a ski room, it was annoying to ask for a key every day and also sometimes it wasn’t locked.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Seebichl! This is a wonderful property in every way, and the owners and staff take great care in making your stay a perfect experience. The vibe, the food, the views - all spectacular. Also, we enjoyed walking to and from town in the evenings and we also walked home from the mountain on a few days although the hotel provides a ski shuttle. It is a lovely walk. We more than highly recommend staying at this lovely property.

Very cozy hotel, big rooms and bathrooms, very clean. Loved the balcony with the beautiful view. Really lovely staff, especially Hexi :) Great food and restaurant area, a short 5 min drive to town. Loved everything about it.

the cat at the reception was absolutely adorable! =) I would definately recommend to use sauna with the garden view and enjoy the dinner in the afternoon sun on the terrace! the breakfast was absolutely amaizing! great music in the restaurant and lobby.

the lunch is not served every day so if you arrive in the middle of the day you may need to go to other nearby places for lunch which are also great and with the lake view.

Such a lovely hotel to stay in…..such practical, thoughtful design throughout. Amazing breakfasts and dinners. Staff were always so kind and helpful……and mountain bikes you can borrow was such a bonus

No air conditioning, which we knew would be the case, but in the lovely warm weather would have been a bonus
