The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is quite spacious for 4 of us. The sofa bed is comfortable too for my 2 boys. Kitchen is big enough for us to cook. Is walkable to 2 metro station. There is a few supermarket nearby too.

The only thing is that the room we got you need to take spiral staircase to go up which might not be so convenient if there's no one helping to carry up the luggage and might be hard for elderly or someone with knee problem. But other then that is great.

Good location with access to U Bahn, and trams on various routes. Constant availability of hot drinks from machine in breakfast room until late at night, no cost. Bicycles available to borrow. 2 supermarkets & nice cafes/ restaurants close by. Could walk to the Volksoper.

Near busy roads so noisy if window open, air-con in room helped a bit, it was very hot weather during our visit. But pros far outweigh this one negative comment.

Location was very good, we reached to the center within 20-30 minutes, it was near bus station, Metro. The public transport was working excelant, so there is no need to overpay for the hotel in the center of the city. The Coffee machine (Capuchino, Hot chololate) was free of charge.

The Elevator was not working for 3 days and every day in the reception they were saying that tomorrow it will work, but we didnt manage to see it.

Room fine, though hot under the outside conditions. Climate control in the room should have been better. Otherwise OK. Service during breakfast very good.

Under the hot conditions of August 2023 it appeared to be imposible to adjust room temperature to comfortable conditions. Sweating the whole night. Internet was weak in the room and even in the lobby. Not up to standards for business stays.

Beautiful interior design, vintage looking furniture, old-fashioned wallpapers. I also lived in the last floor, and the ceiling was sloping. The view was to the inner yard. All of this was bringing the atmosphere. The location was good, the subway was easy to access, and therefore I could get to the centre fast. It was clean and the staff was helpful.

Didn’t have the soap or something else of this kind on the first day, but then it was fixed without me addressing it.

Location was great. Hotel lobby was really nice. The room was really great, really good size with air con, coffee machine, fridge, tablet, TV, writing desk, table and arm chairs, very big bed and the bathroom was huge with bath/shower, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.

Breakfast was OK (the kitchen staff were fantastic) but the layout of the breakfast buffet could be improved. At the moment everything is in one small corner so it's difficult for people to collect items from the buffet. It would be better if it was more spread out and not into the corner.

- The location can be reached by two Metro Lines. Although it is not in the middle of the city, but with public transport, the travelling time is still acceptable. And there are also supermarkets around. - The facility is not really new anymore, but it is still clean.

The sound insulation is not really good. It could be quite noisy if the hotel room is facing to the street.

the hotel was located very close to the Spittelau station were we could take the U4/U6 and be in a few minutes almost any where we wanted. There is two supermarkets near by (Billa and Hofer). The stuff was VERY polite and helpful especially the morning receptionist who was always with a smile on his face and tried his best to help us with any questions we had. Check in and check out was smooth. Rooms were very clean and comfy for two people. the beds were amazing and very comfortable. Hotel aesthetics were really chic.

Breakfast was very good but for a 4 star hotel I would like to have seen more. Had the exact same breakfast in hotels with less stars.

Lovely hotel and polite helpful staff. Just a short walk from train stations so great for travelling to look around Vienna. The room was clean and a decent size for the two of us and breakfast was also very nice.

Everything was great other than maybe the air conditioning may need looked at/updated. It did get very hot in our room.

Breakfast was very good. This hotel was a little way out of town but excellent tram service to take you down to the center. I was in awe over how beautiful these buildings are, loved it poeple were very friendly and helpful too.

The bed was a little too hard for my wife but didn’t let it ruin a great time in Vienna
