when we arrived they had some issue with the reservation system, so there were no rooms left, so they put us in another Hotel of the same quality, they paid the taxi and of course the other hotel, which it was really nice as well, and then they upgraded our room to a suite for the second night in the correct hotel and didn't charge for parking the car. The staff was always kind and aware because of the issue, I would recommend this hotel 100%

Location is proximate to the old town and room is spacious. Breakfast was good with large options.

Was bit upset, because hotel picture gives an impression like this stairs lead to a royal hotel. But in fact, it is the green building with modern style. We booked room with double bed, but it was just with two single beds aligned together.

The setting for the hotel is lovely and quiet and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for visiting parks, dining, shopping and using public transportation. The breakfast is a beautiful buffet and quite delicious!

The plaster on the bathroom ceiling fell on me and the bed pillows were flat. However, the staff upgraded us to a lovely room and gave us additional pillows for the bed.

Great location next to the picturesque Strudlhof Stairs. Not really in the city center but not too far away. Spacious room, nice breakfast, really quiet room (great!), Bathtub. Enough parking spots around, at least on weekends, but the hotel has a garage, which i didn't use. I have been there a couple of times and would go there anytime again. I think they have also a nice garden for breakfast.

The interior is old fashioned and is not up to current standards. I didn't expect this and it is not a problem, it just feels already a little outdated. I could not find the control unit for the aircondition for like 20 mins. Only on the next day i found out by coincidence, that it's underneath the cover of the heating unit. I saw the instructions for the aircondition there on the wall, but it didn't strike me, that the control unit is hidden.

Location, 30 min walk to the old town, but far from the metro. Large room, comfortable beds, bathroom facilities, breakfast good. Minibar, with nonalcoholic drinks, bottled water, and red wine, all priced.

Location too far from a metro station. We announced we shall need parking, but when arriving, the garage of the hotel was full, and we were directed by the reception clerk to a public parking, very far from the hotel. Fortunately, we found a parking garage much closer, cost 28 euros a day. During the night, we were woken up by some ants, circulating on our bed, on the table, and around the AC machine.

The staff at the reception were very cordial and professional, they paid attention to my request for a quiet room, the room was very neat and even had a standing fan. The hotel is in a very beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Being a vegan, I didn't try the breakfast but I was told by the staff that there are quite a few vegan breakfast options as well.

Because of the U2 metro construction and a temporary road closure until November, I had to walk 15 minutes with luggage. But I can't blame the hotel for this mess, since I use public transportation. :)

The hotel has a very good location in the Inner Stadt of Vienna. It is approximately a 20 min walk to St Stephans platz. Metro/streetcar accesses is 400 meters away connecting you to the city. The hotel is located right beside a large park with lots of activities and big open spaces in the park t relax and enjoy. Considering the location, the value for money is excellent. Its not the fanciest hotel in Vienna but for the price, location, facilities and amenities I would definitely recommend a stay. Parking is available on site for 25 euro a night.

It’s a hotel from the 80s/90s style - which I loved. It’s got the old style carpet room, bathtub (which not many hotels these days have) and the entire layout is pretty retro. It’s tucked away in a corner with a nice garden beside it. Breakfast was good. Staff are pleasant.

It is not very handicap friendly. There are stairs leading up to the main entrance but no ramp. Good luck to you if you have very heavy luggage or wheelchair confined. For handicapped people, getting in or out of the bathtub can be quite a bit of a challenge.

Great Staff, nice view on the terrass, great location, near a beautiful park & not hard to reach with bus or tram.

They don't have a don't disturb card to hang up so housekeeping came barging in once and knocked on the door the other time, both resulting in me waking up. I did ask the night before and the man said he'd write down that I didn't want housekeeping and I should lock my door but it didn't stop them from knocking. He said there aren't any hangers for on the door. Walls are also a little thin. Not bad if you just live normally but housekeeping starting singing very loudly at 9 am, after the barging in and apologizing, which didn't let me fall back asleep again. Otherwise it was perfect.
