Extremely clean! It's rare to see rooms this clean. Very quiet, even the rooms facing the tram line. On that note, it's in-between 2 tram stops, each a 1-2-minute walk away, so very convenient for getting into the city centre (~15-20mins). We got 2 towels each, which were changed during the 2 night stay. Cleaning and beds were done as well, which I didn't expect for such a short stay. We got a sparkling water, which was a nice touch. There's a lift to the rooms.

I'd have preferred to if the two single beds were anchored together because a gap kept being created in-between them by our movements. The mattresses perhaps could use upgrading as they're a bit lumpy but not too bad.

My check-in was very late in the evening, and my return flight was very early in the morning. I had to check in and out when there was no one at the reception, but I really appreciated how quickly they responded to messages, were helpful, and gave clear instructions. The hotel room was just as it appeared when I made the reservation. The location was very close to the city center, with the metro station just a 2 minute walk away. It took around 20-25 minutes by taxi to reach the airport. Definitely, don't hesitate when choosing this place. Thanks for everything🌸

Our stay at Hotel Calmo was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the overall comfort it provided. The bed was very comfy, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is its excellent location and connectivity. There's a tram stop conveniently located near the hotel, making it incredibly easy to reach the city center and all the major attractions. For those who prefer underground travel, there's also a metro station nearby, giving guests multiple transportation options. While the hotel offers parking for 15 euros, we opted for a nearby garage recommended by the staff, which cost only 7 euros per day. We must give a special shout-out to the receptionist with short hair and glasses. Her friendliness, helpfulness, and wealth of local knowledge truly enhanced our stay. The instructions and recommendations she provided were invaluable. Overall, Hotel Calmo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel caters to all needs. We highly recommend Hotel Calmo to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be returning on our next trip!

We stayed 3 nights in one superior room on the seventh floor. Spacious, bright and very clean. The beds are twins but as they are next to each other they seem like a large bed. Definitely worth taking. Overall the hotel is not pretentious (maybe this is the reason why clients don’t give a 9 or 10), but, for us, it ticked all the boxes and delivered. It is very well located, next to tram D (roughly 20 mins to get to the opera house, brilliant !) and a few minutes away from a subway line. There is also a big low cost parking (200 m from the hotel, less than 7€ a day) if you have a car (the hotel has also a car park but with limited spaces and it is a bit more expensive per day). It has a very nice and welcoming reception. Breakfast is buffet style and definitely worth having, especially in summer in the courtyard. If you want something lighter, there is a nice bakery 150 m away from the hotel. Staff at the reception was really welcoming and helpful too. All in all, great value for money !

I recently stayed at Hotel Calmo, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The location of the hotel is perfect for transportation. It made exploring the area so much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Calmo to anyone visiting Vienna. It offers exceptional value and an unforgettable stay. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent location and accommodation especially for the price. It’s around 30-40% lower than the Ibis close by. Parking is 3 minutes on foot for 6 eur / day, public transit is the same distance for metro or tram. Reception staff is really friendly, breakfast is great for a medium expensive price (12 eur / person). Rooms are warm in winter, and seemingly have AC for summer visitors. Overall great place to sleep and relax midday when checking out Vienna.

Pillows are a bit uncomfortable (get thin easily), so bring your own if picky. Decorations while fine are not especially stylish- again, for the price who really cares.

The center is approx. 20 min by tram.The tram stop is in front of the hotel.Also U4 and U6 metro lines are about 5 minutes walking distance.There is a parking house for 7 eur/day price very close to the hotel.Clean room, very nice breakfast.

Actually we were satisfied with everything however if you chose this hotel you need to be aware of the fact this hotel is next to a tram line,so its noisy.Even our room was with view for the indoor area -as we requested and thank you for that -we still heard it.

I had the most wonderful time at this charming hotel in a fantastic location! It's so close to the central station and the tram-train stations, making it super convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spotless, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, which added an extra layer of warmth to my stay. Although an additional ceiling light would have been a nice touch, everything else was just fantastic! The service was exceptional, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was definitely a double thumbs-up experience! 👍👍

The tram to the old centre outside the door, and the Spittelau station with so many connections , made the location great for getting around for 2 days, and to the airport. Breakast paid for at reception, well worth it and excellent in every way. Very clean rooms. Thanks for bottle of water in room on arrival. (Must bring my own kettle next time. ) All the women staff were very efficient and friendly. Will recommend.

1) I don't like showers in baths, and there should be a safety measure here surely? A non- slip mat or a grab hold bar? 2) we didn't like the door key being the only way to secure the door. When i was in the room, and partner went out briefly, I had to be LOCKED IN. ? No simple latch from inside.

My stay at Calmo was awesome. Great personnel, always keen to help and make your stay as good as possible. A great fact it's that the hotel is near the city so you can go there with the Tram. Personally, I used the metro (Spittelau station is at 7-8 mins of walking and there are two lines (U4 and U6) that go all the way throughout the city). You can also take from the recepttion a city guide flyer with metro map that will help you a lot, or, just ask the employees since they will help you right away. + The breakfast had everything you need, from the famous bacon and scrambled eggs, all the way to cheesecake and mango juice, and it was all very tasty.

The rooms give an old air, from the furniture and the walls to the doors, but the cleanliness is very on point so there was no problem with that. Also, a drawer or something that you can put your luggage on could have helped a lot in the room.
