The location is perfect, you can each easily by any type of transport (tram/obb/car) the parking is just near the hotel, the welcome drink was amazing after a long flight delay, the staff are more than amazing, always smiling always helping, the room had every thing you needed, the design if new and comfy, the toilet is big and the shower is the best thing, the balcony is overlooking the pedestrian street with double doors to avoid any noise. The breakfast had good variety of food for the value of money. THE HOTEL IS JUST AMAZING! Will definitely stay in again.

An ironing machine would be a great addition to the room.

LOCATION! I think this is hands-down the absolute best located hotel in Vienna's city centre! Everything - from landmarks, to restaurants and coffeeshops to shopping and more - is just around the corner. Yet the hotel room was super quiet, very modern, very new and fresh and with great amenities and very good space too! The lobby itself maintains its old, quaint vibes with their special lifts. The staff were also superb from the gentleman who helps you at arrival to check-in - everyone was great. Definitely staying here again.

If you are visiting for the first time then I'd highly recommend this property as it is centrally located and everything is in walking distance. The property is recently renovated hence it is beautiful and very spacious. Good rooms, comfy beds and large bathrooms.

The housekeeping staff entered our rooms TWICE when we were sleeping during the day. Even after complaining the first time it happened again which was really upsetting. To compensate for the same they offered us a cab till the airport which was helpful.

location was amazing. right in the middle of the old downtown area. close to museums. room balcony view was fun and breakfast was great. easy to access via the train and city transportation.

the air in the room would not go low enough so it was a little hot and stuffy in the room. we asked them to have an engineer look at it and he did but said it was the lowest it could go 72 degrees.

The freshly renovated hotel is a wonderful display of art nouveau and modern functionality, from the lobby to the room. Our room was spacious enough for the family and extremely comfortable. Amazing breakfast, priced at the moment of this review at 29 eur for the full family.

There is no strong point of dislike. We struggled with the little shelf space in the bathroom, not being able to easily store cosmetics.

We liked everything about this place. It's a really nice place, combining "old and new" (traditional entrance, old elevator & stairs - very pretty, the rooms seem to be very new). It is very lovely. The staff was amazing, everyone we interacted with was super friendly, helpful and nice.

One minor inconvenience was that there was kind of a humming sound (not permanently but again and again) during the night...

Central location right by Karlsplatz U-bahn station. Friendly, professional staff. Lovely welcome drink on arrival! Loved the decor. Had a query with the aircon on our first night which was sorted promptly and efficiently.

Nothing we didn’t like - only thing I’d say is we weren’t a fan of the plastic backed mattress protectors as they made the bed uncomfortably hot.

We loved the hotel. It felt like home while we stayed. The staff was super friendly and helpful, location was great. Room was beautiful and clean, breakfast was nice. Definitely recommend.

Bed was not the most comfortable but we got used to it. There was no food to be ordered from room service, other than breakfast.

Our room had nothing to do with the pictures here. It was smaller and not so renovated. Also, the attitude of the maids was very unpleasant, both mornings they directly unlocked the door without notifying, and barged in at 8 am, while we were still sleeping.

Prime location and modern USA style bathroom

A safety grab bar in the bathtub was needed. A top sheet was used instead of a fitted sheet, which came untucked and got a bit uncomfortable. An additional top sheet, not used as a mattress cover/fitted sheet would be a nice alternative to the heavy quilt that was too warm at times.
