clean comfortable great location

we were warned about the expensive breakfast when there are plenty of good and cheaper options within 100 meters of the hotel. We are glad we listed to that advice

- A modern, organized and well-smelling hotel. - Polite staff. Helped us with our questions and booking restaurants for us. - Location was excellent, near the Opera! - Room was beautifull and had everything we need.

- small breakfast room. We had to wait to get access. Not a real problem, but it could be bigger one.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Vienna with a warm welcome. The room was luxuriously finished with really excellent materials - especially the bathroom which was amazing. The hotel felt both intimate and luxurious - perfect for a special stay in Vienna. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Considering how beautiful the lights in the room were, the operation of them was terrible. Trying to get the right ones to switch on and avoid the switch that turns them all off was a constant game of roulette!

Location is VERY convenient, basically steps from the Opera House, smack downtown. For this location though the room was surprisingly quiet. The staff is very friendly, having personnel that speaks more than one language (English, German, Russian) is definitely a welcome bonus for those whose German is limited :)

AC was a bit temperamental, for some reason it was locked to a specific temperature and there was no adjusting it up or down. A bit inconvenient, but not critical. Would be nice to have a proper dish for a soap in the bathroom - having a bar laying on the counter is not optimal, IMHO. And breakfast on premises is rather expensive for what it is - although convenient, there are more reasonably priced options available in close proximity to the hotel.

The 011 hotel provided the best of what was needed for comfortable accommodations while visiting Vienna. Great location. Good big bed. A well equipped bathroom with good shelf space for personal toiletry stuff. Knowledgable, efficient, engaging, helpful, friendly and highly professional reception staff—a real plus! The transportable magnifying mirror was a very welcome feature, along with a generous amount of electrical outlets well-placed. The feeling of and actual spaciousness was appreciated. Thank you!

Obviously a lot of thought and study went into the property design. My husband and I have no negatives to mention. If you’re looking for a comment to fine-tune what exists, nothing comes to mind. We were well satisfied with the accommodations. We didn’t take advantage of the full breakfast offering since we don’t eat a large breakfast. There were plenty of eating places in the vicinity to get a hot drink and a simple roll.

The Deluxe Suite was wonderful, conveniently located just across from the Opera building and close to the old city. The room is exceptionally spacious and well-equipped compared to other accommodations. Denis, the reception clerk, was incredibly helpful and displayed excellent problems-solving skills. Additionally, there are USB outlets inside the safe, which can be quite handy. Upon arriving at Karlplatz station, take the exit leading to the Opera for easy access.

The was a problem with the shower (water was coming out of the shower) which they couldn't solve. All the other reception clerk didn't really help us (except Denis).

Beautiful design, generous space, large room, outstanding bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Great sheets and towels, changed at need. Nice reception ladies, but not very careful with customer's requests. Even after informing them that coffee pads were missing, we still haven't received them.

Cold, it seemed somebody was resetting the system every day. Coffee machine but no coffee pads, we had to buy. Only one pair of sleepers. No napkins, we had to buy. Unfortunately for us, noisy reparations. Breakfast served at another restaurant, where we could eventually benefit from some reductions. We preferred bakeries in the city.

First impression of the hotel was really nice, even though I was early they already had a room ready for me (this might not happen al the time, be aware). The people that worked there were really nice and alwayd greet you with a smile. The room was nice and spacious with a lovely bathroom. The interior was also really nice. The breakfast was great lots of variety. And the attendents of the breakfast were also really nice and helpfull. The hotel was close to a number of activities which was an added bonus. All in all really nice place!

Only one thing I would have liked and that is that there was no sink in the toilet. But truly that was not much of an issue in comparison with all the good points.

The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The room was serviced each day and was always kept clean. The staff was incredible and offered ideas on where to go and restaurants to experience. Breakfast was full of options and they genuinely cared for our dietary requirements. Loved it here - close to everything and and easy connection to trains/trams/buses.

We really enjoyed!! Location is great! Almost everywhere by walking. Room was comfortable and large. Bathroom is really large and clean. Breakfast is really tasty but without any variety. Just for record we was 6 nights there. We got bottle of mineral water every day except last night. Don't know why :) The nice touch, we got Easter chocolate rabbit.

There is a Nespresso machine in the room, but we didn't get capsules every day. For sure not for three people. I would like to have a cattle and tea in room.
