The Location is outstanding. 4 minutes walk from Stephansplatz underground station. A minute to a wonderful takeaway food market called “ Henry’s” where you can get sandwiches, salads, fresh juices, breads. There is a superb French cafe directly across the platz. The Habsburg crypt is in the same square. A minutes walk to fantastic shopping. Beds were comfy, Bathroom nice, incl tub. We had a spacious corner room overlooking the platz and fountain. Good staff. Great hotel.

The lift area needs updating. It is old and tired looking, however there are 2 lifts & these are quick and efficient - no waiting. Needs a ramp up the few stairs from lift to lobby.

The hotel is In the centre of Vienna with everything you would want as a tourist. Room 615 was spacious with all necessities provided. The entrance to the hotel was adjacent to a city square with a large fountain and good dining choices. Also there is a very good supermarket on this square. Note that the Australia pub is nearby with good reasonably priced food and attentive staff.

We had trouble locating the hotel. The reason for this is because the address of the hotel is on the main drag. But there is no entrance there. The entrance is in fact on a square behind the main drag. Quite tricky for the novice. I would say the breakfast option is overpriced. There are plenty of good cheaper breakfast options close by.

The hotel room was very spacious, clean and equipped with all the needs that the tourist requires. It is centrally located in the city with public transport nearby. The staff was friendly and the cake offered by the hotel management on my wife’s birthday was appreciated.

The complimentary taxi shuttle, with a good standard car, was appreciated however the driver did not follow instructions given to welcome us as we exited the customs. Later, but not at that time, I realised that he sent us an SMS instead instructing us to go the exit of the arrivals where he was. I had to phone him and explain where we were waiting for him. He then told us he was coming with not a courteous tone. During the drive to the hotel, he was continually texted on the mobile phone with his eyes off the road. I drew his attention that it was dangerous to do so. He did not appreciate my statement and he did not even apologise.

I can't express enough how great the location of this hotel is if you are visiting old town Wien. It is located in Neur Markt square (New Market) which also contains the Capuchin Church and Imperial Crypt where most all of the Austain emperors and empresses are entombed (2 min walk from hotel). Everything else in old town is a 10-15 min walk from the hotel. It is located in the heart of the shopping district with every high end store imaginable right around the corner. Hofburg palace is a 10 min walk where the imperial treasury (a must visit) and the Sisi museum is located. The underground train has a stop about a 5 min walk in either direction from the hotel which is inexpensive and can get you to all the other sights in Wien. The Schonbrunn and Belvedere palaces were a 15-20 min travel time from the hotel via train.

The linens (bed comforter and bath towels) and coffee cups had some stains on/in them, even after they were refreshed but that was our only small complaint. Everything else was great.

The location is excellent, everything is relatively close. The metro is a 5-minute walk away, it has a grocery store next door that is excellent. The room is spacious and comfortable, everything is clean. They offer breakfast, I can't comment because I don't usually have breakfast and I didn't include it. The staff is excellent, all the people who assisted me were very friendly and helped me effectively.

I only didn't like one thing, the hotel controls the temperature of the air conditioning and heating, in order to sleep with a pleasant temperature we had to open the windows and the noise from outside didn't let us sleep.

The location of the hotel is perfect for people who want to visit Vienna. It's right next to Stephanplatz and to several buses, tram and metro lines as well. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was also nice with quite a bit of variety and the breakfast area has a nice view of the plaza in front of the hotel. We also got a free upgrade when we checked in which was very pleasant. The hotel can also order airport transfers for you at the front desk. There is also a supermarket close by incase you need any supplies.

For some people, the noise outside can be bothersome when trying to sleep but for me it was not a bother at all and me and my boyfriend slept with the window open. However, we could not get late check out since the hotel was fully booked (not the hotel's fault but keep this in mind for high season like Nov/Dec with the Christmas market).

The location was brilliant but top of our list were the staff we were always greeted with a smile and they could not do enough for us we arrived back in Ireland yesterday and already we have told our family about your Hotel, your amazing staff and my Sister Brid and I will continue to promote your Hotel as one as the best we stayed in. Thank you so much for all you did to make our stay in Vienna one of the best experiences we had.🇨🇮

The only thing that I found a little difficult was getting in and out of the Bath/shower as I have a knee replacement it would have been easier to have a grip rail to get in and out of the bath everything else was 💯

The location is perfect, walking distance to St Stephens Cathedral (Stephenplatz) and main city, and other sites such as Cafe Central, Soviet War Memorial, Museums Quarter, Parliament etc. Reception staff, breakfast staff and bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not really worth the money, for €21, not that many choices of savoury and warm food, more on sweet things like cakes etc not the type of breakfast I usually would have. I recommend eating outside instead. No lunch or dinner options in the hotel, so if you're arriving at night time, make sure you consider alternative place to eat outside.

The toilet was separate from the shower, which was really good and the view onto the street was fantastic. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in.

The pillows were old and lumpy, although my husband had new plump ones. The room we had was on the Kärtnerstraße side, so in the night it was not so easy to sleep as the room was so bright, it was like trying to sleep during the day, blackout curtains would have been a good idea!! The hair dryer kept cutting out every 10 to 20 seconds, meaning it took ages to dry my hair. And the ventilation didn't work in the bathroom.

The staff were helpful and location is excellent. Room is clean.

It was not the room I booked, superior room with 2 twin beds. The photos on booking.com as well as their own website show the superior rooms have coffee table and a pair of sofa chairs with plenty of space which is not what I was given. The room I was given was a classic/basic room rearrange to fit 2 twin beds with a desk and no coffee table or chairs. it definitely not matches the photos they showed online. It is misleading advertising and very disappointing.
