Everything was perfect, all staff were really helpful and friendly. The private spa was a great plus as well.

There is only one elevator but the waiting time is’nt alot it wasn’t an issue for us but it might to some. The staff helped us with the luggage thankfully

The room, bathroom, service, especially reception. it was ideal for visiting museums, although the central area was a good walk away. Staff at reception managed to point us in the direction of several excellent restaurants for dinner.

Breakfast was too expensive and in a bar! During Covid times, that was not a good idea. We managed to find breakfast elsewhere. The rooms I had chosen were not available, so we had to settle for what they offered us, although the rooms were excellent. The hotel expected us to pay cash - I have never experienced that before, as I had only paid by card.

We chose the hotel as it was colourful, bright, fresh looking and different, in a good way, to other hotels we’d viewed. The room had many high-tech features which were great. The staff were super helpful and obliging. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends & family.

I liked everything. If I was being very picky, I would suggest that they provide tea making facilities in the room, ie kettle & tea bags, as not everyone drinks coffee. I asked for a kettle and teabags and it wasn’t a problem for them, so I was quite happy.

A unique hotel that has all the attributes of what boutique looks and feels like. Quality fixtures fittings and furnishings have been used. Decor and original art is a feast for the eyes. Very comfortable room with good seating area. It was very quiet and we heard nobody in the building, it was almost as if you were in the hotel on your own. There was ample hanging and storage space and we had double aspect windows with outlook to the rear which was very bright and airy.

A small cleaning issue, which was disappointing rather than disastrous, was resolved promptly by the front desk member of staff once pointed out, he did take a little convincing that something could possibly be wrong. Being picky the shower screen could run further along the bath to prevent water escaping. As a tea drinker no facility in the room to make a cup of tea, the coffee machine worked well.

As we visited Das Tyrol hotel during Pandemic, we were rather staying in the room, were not using breakfast, bar or sauna - but all these facilites are very nicely designed and comfortable. A lot of nice litte touches everywhere - delicious cookies in the reception, sweets surprise on the pillow every evening, beautiful porcelain with tea ordered in room service. the room itself was outstanding - the design which I was doubtful on the photos, was fitting all together live. ART! great collection of oil paintings in common spaces - and the one in the room I would like to take home :) very comfy bed & linen. comfy sofa in the room to lounge. extra view on the little street. Bathroom with heated floor, ventilated toilet (!) and great bathtube (!) ALL the comforts we needed - I truly recommend for a stay in Vienna !

Everything is high class, exceeded my expectations: design, cleanliness, modern high tech touches, staff. Also rafaello on a pillows every day, dyson hair dryer, nespresso machine, luxury bathrobe. Absolutely soundproof not only from windows, but from neighbors and hall as well.

The breakfasts were sumptuous, the room beautiful and comfortable. I even loved the Dyson hairdryer so much I came home and bought one! Amazing hotel with incredibly helpful staff--they even helped me book my train to the next destination.

Tiny elevator--but I really didn't mind it. It's the ONLY thing I can thing of as less than perfect.

One of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed at and should be classified as a 5 star hotel. Super stylish and modern, but at the same time extremely comfortable and cozy. The rooms have wonderful extras from sumptuous heavy curtains, great beds and state of the art bathrooms. No need to bring your own shower gel and shampoo/conditioner; the ones provided by Das Tyrol are outstanding. Another 10 is the fabulous location, right in the middle of the city. At the same time, it’s very quiet. You wont hear a peep from outside. In one word: superb!

Loved this hotel. Quick and easy tram ride from the main railway station. Arrived late at night and was greeted warmly by reception where the kind lady retrieved peanuts from the bar to satisfy my hunger as all restaurants, shops etc had already closed. Very comfortable room, compact but well-designed. Espresso machine always welcome! Good bathroom with an excellent shower, lots of space and great water pressure. Good sound-proofing as no noise from the street. Good location and good value. Good good good! A lovely stay! Will return.

Room 12, nice hotel in general. Samsung TV, Villeroy & Boch bathroom appliances with walk in shower, clean towels, DeLonghi coffee machine with Nespresso coffee and bio milk. Very nice lights in the room, curtains. I recommend large bed, excellent comfort after your city visits. Good tap water, windows, air condition system. They have elevator, but I used the stairs. Everything is nice, from the main entrance towards my room. Staff was also excellent with hospitality. Use the U Bahn Neubaugasse station and you are in 5-6 minutes at Stephansplatz, Kartnerstrasse, entire Goldenes Quartier. For my next visit in Vienna, I will stay in the same hotel.
