very friendly and cozy hotel with a very good breakfast. perfect location and a nice atmosphere

The shower door did not close properly which caused the room floor to be flooded with water. The service about it was poor and the receptionist didn't know how to handle it.

It is at an excellent location! About 10-15 min to Karlsplatz but also there are two ubahn stops for two different lines one at 200 m and the other at 500m. It was super clean and there was room service every day! The room was spatious, the bed was very comfortable and there was also a pickup to listen to music. There was a coffee machine, a small fridge and hairdryer- generally it had everything one could need! It also has a gym and a sauna free of charge that were very clean and were the best thing during vacation! We will certainly stay again when in Vienna next time!

Absolutely everything - the staff are absolutely excellent, very kind, helpful and friendly. The property itself is done beautifully, the design is so unique but really special. The gym has very decent equipment, and the sauna and wellness area was a lovely touch. The room itself is massive, as is the very comfortable bed, and the showers are brilliant (excellent water pressure)! You can take records from downstairs and play them in the record player in your room which was just excellent. Additionally the TV had screen mirroring so you can play Netflix, Prime etc. off your phone - such a brilliant addition! The bar upstairs is just perfect for a lovely afternoon/evening drink. The cocktails list was great and the view even better! Again, the bar staff were superb, very attentive and helpful. We did not have a full meal but did order some snacks up here - all of which were delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is about 5 minutes from a U-bahn stop and 20 minutes or less from town. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - I would never stay anywhere else in Vienna!

Location was excellent. Round the corner to Mariahilfstrasse, which has many shops and good restaurants. Good 15 min walk to the main attractions. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean with a funky decoration. It has a record player which I never used. I don't think many people use it but I guess it's part of the hotel's theme.

When I checked in I was told that I had to pay a deposit of €150 in case I use extra services. When I checked out they told me the deposit will be refunded within 7 days. I don't think they should take a deposit when they already have my bank details.

Very good location close to Neugasse shopping district, with ample supply of clubs and restaurants in the neighborhood. A perfect room location on the top floor and end of the corridor with close to zero noise. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast. A decent gym. Cool vintage jazz in the corridors (though mainly older muzak in the other areas). A small fridge with mineral water (and cooling for your own beverages).

AC not quite up to 40 C heat, so nights on the sweaty side. No desk. Would gladly trade the vinyl player which was a joke with only crap LPs available for a table. Some of the staff (though not all) uninterested in the customers.

Nice breakfast. Accommodations are very nice and modern. Rooms are also well designed. Bed quality is good. Services and staff are good and available even after leaving hotel (forgotten items management).

- some events can be (very) loudy in the lounge area (week-end, private event) until advanced hours (almost midnight). Even if the hotel is based on music concept, this can be unconfortable for some people. - absence of desk in the rooms for people who wants to work. - Nice green concept for room cleaning but not really applicable (option activation not efficient)

The location is great; at a walking distance from one of the main shopping streets and from public transportation stations. The amenities are new and nicely decorated. The room complies to the photos posted and are well soundproofed. The hotel is lively with its musical theme, themed nights and rooftop crowd.

The pillows are too soft which makes them uncomfortable. The lighting circuit in the room is central which considerably decreases its practicality. The room lacks 4* hotel amenities such as vanity kit, slippers, etc. Minor improvements could make the experience near perfect for a 4* hotel at this price.

The view of 7th floor room/balcony was amazing and enjoyable. The hotel has nice vibe and young staff. Located in an area close to the restaurants/bars/museums and only 30 minutes walk to the center in addition to nearby two metro stops.

The shower drain was completely plugged but after calling maintenance it was fixed. Bathroom design allows no privacy in the shower. No slippers were provided and not enough closet space. The lighting switch arrangement was not convenient; like if you want only lighting in the shower other lights in the room would work as well. Towels were old and damaged.

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The hotel itself had a really cool vibe as soon as you walk in. The kitchen staff were also very accommodating as I had dietary restrictions and had brought my own food and they allowed me to use their microwave to heat my food. I know plenty of other hotels that wouldn't allow me to do that and would try to make me eat at their restaurant instead, so I really appreciated that. The room was super cute; the record player was an amazing touch and a really relaxing way to end the day. The location of the hotel was top tier: it was about 2 blocks from one of the main shopping areas and only a 20 minute walk from some of best architecture buildings (and some more shopping ;-) ) you could find in the city. It was also only a 5 minute walk from the train station. The instructions they give you are extremely helpful in getting you to their location with confidence.

The only thing I could think of that I did not like was the way the lights were set up. They were only able to either be ALL on throughout the room or the lights in the bedroom section of the room and not just the lights on in the bathroom section. That could prove inconvenient for couples that are trying to use the bathroom without disturbing their partner while they're sleeping.
