The hotel is located in a strategic position just a few steps away from the Volkstheater underground stop, which easily connects the center (orange line) and the access roads to the airport. Furthermore, just a few steps away, you are on Mariahilfer straße, a beautiful shopping street leading towards the museum. With just two metro stops or a 10-minute walk, you arrive at Stephansplatz. Recommended for families and work. I will definitely be back.

There are not very important things to report here. Wanting to go deeper, it wasn't clear to me it was the management of the air conditioning in the room and the breakfast was not very rich in the sweet section (contrary to that there was a wide choice for the savory breakfast).

The location of this hotel is superb. Vienna's outstandingly efficient and connected public transport system is very close - the subway is about 400 meters and the tram system around 200 meters away. Vienna's best and longest pedestrianized shopping street - Mariehilfer Strasse - is only about 400 meters away. Museumsquartier is about 300 m away, and the museum of natural history and the Kunsthistorisches Museum just a little more. Staff are uniformly friendly and helpful.

the double bed was a bit narrow but they have wider ones. breakfast items are of very good quality but a tad more variety would help - say boiled eggs... but this is a minor complaint. the rooms facing the Kirchberggasse can get a bit noisy when windows are open on the weekends when nearby pub visitors spill into the street.

The location very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. The subway station and a tram stop are nearby. There are several excellent restaurants very close to the hotel. Most of the central attractions are in waking distance. The hotel is clean and modern with all conveniences. The hotel staff is welcoming, processional and helpful. Breakfast is very good, but our rate from booking.com didn't include it, so we had to pay for breakfast separately. However the price was reasonable for the selection you get. The rooms are not too big, but clean and comfortable. Everything was working including A/C. If you get a room with city view (there are about 8 rooms like that on the higher floor), you will be able to see the entire city center from your room. The rooms on the other side of the hotel are also good, but there is a night club on that street and some light and early sleepers might be bothered by noise a bit. Not everyday though.

Actually nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was very good, lots of quality choices. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were all polite, helpful and friendly. Good position within walking distance of the centre.

I knew when I booked that the hotel allowed dogs and it is hard to find a hotel now that doesn't. However I found it unpleasant at breakfast for people to be eating at a table outside the breakfast room with the dog barking loudly. This area outside the breakfast room is where we were directed when the breakfast room was full. I think it is also unhygienic for dogs to be in eating areas.

We have liked a lot of things in this hotel! The location is wonderful, near the Volkstheater metro station and also near the Kunst-Historisches Museum, the Hofburg with a lot of attractions and the Ring. The room was very clean and comfortable, even the floor in the bathroom was warm!!! The breakfast was delicious and varied! The staff is friendly!

I think, they have to make a ramp at the entrance, because there are some stairs there, this maybe uncomfortable.

Room size absolutely fine for a city break as you are hardly in the hotel. tea/coffee making facilities and fridge all offered. An ironing board and iron were delivered to room very quickly . Quiet area at night which was appreciated. We were room only so I can give no opinion on the hotel breakfast. Location though make sure to ask reception staff re 'short cut' to museum quarter. It is not obvious and is just around the corner from the hotel.( We discovered it by chance on day 3).

The temperature of the room was uncomfortably warm. The air con was not available outside summer months (there was a typed notice next to the room controls)which I do understand but... As an observation only I did wonder if the bar area/decor was a little clinical ? Perhaps some additional soft furnishings would make it more appealing to stop and have a drink/coffee.

Great location near a U-Bahn stop and the museum sights in Vienna. Room was perfectly clean and the staff was great. The hotel was off of a small side street and very quite. Our room window opened to a small courtyard so had zero outside noise at night/morning. The hotel was a very good value considering location and facilities of the hotel.

The room was a little small but still bigger than many typical European city hotel rooms and had enough space to put our two suitcases. The fitness room only had a treadmill, bike, and elliptical machine but was enough to keep our fitness routine on track.

1. Great location - the Hofburg and many other attractions in the center can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. 2. Possibility of parking in a paid hotel garage if there is free place (no reservation possible). If there is no place, you can park nearby in a public garage. 3. Clean room with soundproof windows do you can't hear the sounds of trams and cars in the case of a room facing the street. The air conditioning worked very well. 4. Very good and varied breakfast, including very good coffee. 5. Nice staff.

We loved the location. We were able to walk everywhere. Took a taxi from the train station to get to the hotel. But, on our return took the metro that is direct route to the train station. Our room was always spotless and the staff was polite and courteous. Did not eat our breakfast at the hotel, but one morning I asked to see the buffet breakfast and there was a variety of food that looked very good to the eye. I enjoyed the candies at the reception, it was a nice touch.

Would have liked a few English television stations.
