We had the "Appartment with mountain view" and it was gourgous. A large terrasse, Kitchen, dining rooom/Living room in one. Two large bedrooms, each with own bathroom, one of which had a bath top. Everything was new and nice. No complaints at all. The appartment is not central to visiting downtown vienna, but a good choice is you go by car. Parking: As per another guest's tip, we parked at the parking lot for Billa, Sagedergasse 18/22, 1120 Wien, Østrig. That was free. Parking in downtown Vienna. I can recommend WIPARK Technische Uni Operngasse Parkgarage, Operngasse 13, 1040 Wien, Østrig. 24 hours (tagespauchale) for EUR 8,90.

Overall the apartment was really good . The price was great for what it offered and the staff of the hotel was really helpful. It was clean and tidy . The city centre was about a half-hour trip but easy to reach by tram and the stop was opposite the hotel so super easy. A great choice for a comfortable stay in Vienna .

The biggest issue for us was the lack of curtains or drapes . Also an extra towel for the bathroom floor would be helpful , a hair dryer and a bathroom bin because women have different needs from men 😉

The cleanliness and the location.

The way the person “Zeljko milovic “ who is managing the property. He was not helpful at all. I asked him for cleaning the apartment, he said we are not cleaning till you check out! I asked for extra pillow for my child, he said we cannot provide, the worst thing when I asked for a toilet paper, he said you need to buy as we provide only one. He was the worst thing in the property. My recommendation to the owners to look at this which is affecting the business. This man gave a negative impression. Other than this unexpected behaviour by this man the property is fine.

The localization was great. The access to the building was very easy. In the room was extra clean. We had everything we needed.

The Internet was very slow. The bed is quit new and was tough.

The accomodations where clean and comfortable with nice furniture. It has a parking in a garage so it's convenient if you arrive by car.

The parking is very expensive, for 20 EUR per day and you need to move the car from the garage on check out. Check in is from 2 PM earliest, check out is at 10 AM latest, so it's not a whole day of parking for such a price. We checked out around 9:30 and asked to leave the car in a half empty garage until noon - they wanted to charge us another whole day of parking for those couple of hours after our check out. Most of accomodations I had earlier showed much bigger level of flexibility for such problems.

Location of the DM&S appartments (apps) is great, only couple of minutes of walk away from bus and tram stops, and 10-15 minute walk away from U-bahn, so you can get to the centre of Vienna quite easily. There are at least five grocery stores within 5-10 minute walk. The apps (rooms, bathrooms, beds) were clean and nice with all main accessories (OK, dishwasher would be nice but we knew in advance there wasn't one :) ). Maybe one or two additional dining chairs would be nice. :) The instructions for getting the keys for apps were simple and straightforward and we had no problem getting to the apps. We arrived by car, but outside apps reception working hours so after we put our luggage into apps, we had to park our car in the parking house Euro Plaza Parkhaus, which was located only 2 bus/tram stops away (15 minute walk). And it turned out that the parking in the parking house was cheaper than parking at DM&S apps (14 EUR/day against 20 EUR/day), and also our car is quite long, so the parking at DM&S garage would be quite challenging since the drive-in into underground garage seems to have quite sharp and narrow turn, maybe too narrow for our car. :) (The parking in the parking house was simple since the parking house was occupied less than 10% at the time of our arrival and also at the time of our departure. :) ) All in all a great stay in a beautiful city. :)

Excellent accommodation, only a few years old. Great cleanliness and good facilities. I can't really list anything negative about accommodation.

Perhaps it is enough that the temperature difference between the living room and the rooms can be felt in winter. It's colder. Another very unpleasant experience is the garage. It's tight, but that's not a problem, but with an elevator system, which operates until 6 p.m. If you need the car after this time because something is happening or you just feel like driving, call a taxi because you won't get your car back until the next morning. That is untenable, I think. If you run such a garage and ask for money for it (40 euros), then 0-24 servus that's the minimum! For example, if you have an electric car and it catches fire, because it can happen, the whole house will burn down??? You could explain that to me.

My family and I were in this accommodation already for the second time, and if we as a family come to Vienna again, this hotel will be our choice number one again. It's a great combination of a hotel and apartment flats. Interieur and equipment modern and clean, in the kitchen is a basic equipment to cook food (dishes, cutlery, a pan, a pot, kettle, stove and oven. No microwave though). The location is also great, Lidl and Interspar just behind a corner, tram as well and a subway three tram stops away. In spite of the above mentioned features the hotel remains with affordable prices.

Clean, beautiful apartments with all the essentials. The bed is comfortable and cozy.

I do not attribute this to any shortcomings of the accommodation, but I would like to mention a few nuances that may be helpful for future visitors. The exit from the garage is narrow, steep, and includes a sharp turn. It is located on a fairly busy street, so traffic noise can be heard even at night, even with the windows closed. The description states that check-in is available from 14:00 to 22:00, but on-site, I was informed that the reception is open from 14:00 to 18:00. I had no issues with this, and it’s possible that the reception may be available after 18:00 upon request. However, it is something worth noting.

This place is great value for money….we didn’t have any problem getting into the apartment, it was clean and comfortable. The best thing about the place is the ease of using public transportation getting into the old part of town. The fellow that is the manager is very helpful and courteous. We even managed to find free parking near the building.
