Very clean, towels and sheets changed each day. Duvet and two pillows for every guest. Stunning view from 17th floor (room) and 22nd floor (canteen). Hotel was really well communicated with the rest of the city. Ironing set and a hairdryer was an asset. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind, they spoke very good English. Free WiFi without a need for a log in.

Lack of a fridge. Small and sometimes overcrowded canteen (during a breakfast). Little space in the room. Long waiting time for an elevator to come. No possibility to open a window and get some fresh air in, air conditioning only.

Not really any options close to hotel if you wanted food and drink but not a problem if you're visiting the city Rooms were a little compact with the sofa and then a child bed set up, it was workable but not as spacious

Very nice and modern hotel in Vienna South. Check-in was very smooth, the lady who worked there was very professional and friendly, thanks for that! Furthermore, the room was clean, very modern with a big bathroom, shower and comfy beds. Would recommend to stay here.

A very good breakfast with several choices. Staff friendly in general. Clean room, quite comfortable. Nice view of the city from our floor. Baggage could be left in a secured room without additional costs.

The breakfast could benefit from more choice on rotation basis. The lifts have sometimes malfunctioned and it was not possible to use them due to programme error. As we could not open the window to let the fresh air in (we were on 21th floor), we really needed some vents for better air circulation. The aircon blowing either too hot or too cold. We could not leave it on when we left the room during the day. When we came back, it was boiling hot inside. With the aircon being too cold, it is also easy to get a cold or sore throat etc. The shower door would not close tightly and there would always be some water on the bathroom floor after we used it. The location proved to be not ideal and it took us a long time to reach the city centre.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was exceptional! Totally recommend to include breakfast in your booking. Near a bus station.

A bit expensive in my opinion but it is expected for Vienna. The room didn't have a refrigerator.

The breakfast was perfect, too many good options to have and everything was too delicious. The restaurant is on the 22nd floor so the view was awesome. The bed was too comfortable, and the rooms were big, and the view of the room window was so good. There were a supermarket and a pharmacy near the hotel, but they close early. The staff were nice and friendly. TV was almost smart so I could use the smart view of my phone and the phone screen was played on TV. The hotel was big and nice.

The public transport was too far. we had to walk too long to get the tram and it was the only problem of this hotel. I also can say there are no restaurants around the hotel, so it was difficult to have dinner at night.

Staff in reception is excellent. Always there to help. Very friendly. I think the reception staff makes the hotel feel like a 5 star hotel. Amazing views from the 17th floor where we stayed. Amazing views from the restaurant and even the lift!

Breakfast was very good, but after third breakfast I wished more change, ex there were no porridge or salad/ lettuce, berries etc. Bed was soft and comfortable, room temperature was OK, nice and quiet hotel.

Elevator was dodgy, didn't react to my fingers. Location from central was quite far. And we didn't like bathroom door. It was slide door and if someone was in the bathroom it was like they were next to the bed. I heard everything what other did in the bathroom and it was like lack of privacy.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Very nice and comfortable clean room. I truly recommend it. Just the price is a little bit high.

Just the location was a little far away from the center but with a taxi everything was ok.

The staff was very friendly and gave us a room on a high floor which my son was very excited about! The view from our room was fantastic, and the glass elevator was a fun surprise for my son and me. The beds were super comfortable, too, and the layout of the room worked very well for us. The view from the restaurant was really cool - however, the breakfast itself (while tasty) could have had more child-friendly items like more cereal or waffles (which were mentioned on the room TV).

The room was very warm and the AC didn't really cool it down. The pillows were too soft for me which made sleeping a bit difficult.
