Well positioned, in the park near Schonbrunn, 10 minutes' walk from the metro station, in a quiet and green area. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was very kind to offer us hot water for tea whenever we needed it. The breakfast, although it was not very rich, had a little bit of everything. The food was fresh and good. We would like to thank Nicoleta for the support she offered us both in terms of the information provided and for the good mood and kindness with which she welcomed us at breakfast.

The mattresses were not very comfortable and I was missing a refrigerator and a kettle.

The hotel is in a nice park, super close to the Schönbrunn. It is like 10min easy walk. Metro is at the same distance. There are also some restaurants within 15min walk for a dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful, we've especially liked that the bar is open until late in the evening. The breakfast was ok for a few days - we've a bit missed any hot meal.

We've rented two rooms, only one out of the four beds was comfortable, the others had a soft hollow under the waist from overusage. It is not a blame as it is stated that there is no air conditioning, but the rooms at the roof level can be quite hot.

Lady receptionist was very helpful! Great shower pressure and temperature. Beautiful setting on the grounds of a historical site. Perfect for people travelling with a car as there is lots of parking.

Nearest Metro station was a mile away, so I ended up using cabs and Uber to save time. It would have been good to know this beforehand. While the bathroom was "clean" it seemed that the type of cleaner used could not remove the previous occupants' lingering odors. Not sure if this was a city-wide restriction on household cleaner types (and not an individual hotel issue) since some other restrooms I encountered while exploring the city were similar.

Excellent staff. Nice breakfast. A really clean bathroom. Parking for no extra fee was available for my car - though they did not indicate this in the description for some reason. Overall, excellent value, especially if you consider the location: The Schönbrunn Palace is a few steps away and the city center is accessible within ~30-35min via metro U4. Some groceries and restaurants were also nearby.

My room did not have an AC nor fridge - these would have helped, as it was a relatively hot week. Unsure if other rooms had these options, though.

The hotel is located in a very nice quiet location near shonbrunn palace, good access to public transport into the city. Hotel is modern clean room's are well designed and comfortable good bed. Bathroom is excellent too. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of options available. I would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to visit again. I arrived very early from an overnight train and was kindly allowed to leave my luggage in the room and change to go into Vienna coming back later to find my room cleaned and ready for me. Special thanks to the staff on reception for their help and kind hospitality in welcoming me also advising the best way into the city.

The staff are very helpful. Everyone I met during my stay was doing their best to help me by explaining everything in detail. I was going to arrive in Vienna early in the morning, the check-in was only at 2 or 4 pm. I contacted the hotel to ask if I could leave my baggage there before I checked in. They said yes. When I arrived, they made sure the room was ready and let me in at 10! I was so happy after my long overnight trip. The food is wonderful, the compound is very clean, green and peaceful. You can enjoy your breakfast either inside or outdoors in a beautiful park. It takes about 7-10 minutes from the hotel to walk to the underground station and in 15 minutes you’re in the centre of Vienna. One of the most beautiful places in Vienna Schönbrunn is near the hotel, on the way to the metro.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is in a nice area but about 15 mins by train to city center. The room and the bathroom were clean including bed sheets, pillows and the blanket. The bed was comfortable. The shower was also clean and hot water was available but the water pressure was very weak. It was hardly possible to take a shower! Breakfast was good and had choices. Staff very friendly and helpful and always available. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

It was quite far from public transport station (about 2kilometers ~ 20minutes). The road from station to hotel was uphill so it was a little bit difficult in the evening to get back. The same distance was from schonbrunn. It looks near but there is big road between hotel and the castle so it is necessary to use some detour.

The room was small and basic but adequate with a good bath. The setting was like being in an urban park - lots of trees and green space up away from the street & traffic noise. It was a short walk to bus 9a that connected to Vienna's great transit system. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good variety buffet style. The Booking.com description listed mosquito nets (I pictured a Tarzan movie.). I think it meant the window screens.

The hotel is nestled in a peaceful, scenic park, making it perfect for those who love jogging or walking near Schönbrunn Park. While it's not too far from the city center, it's more convenient if you have a car since there aren’t any restaurants or shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I really liked the hotel and would happily stay here again the next time I'm in the city.
